As black men we are told/taught to be tuff, show no emotion or vulnerability to anyone. We aren’t taught how to effectively communicate and express ourselves. That’s why our relationships suffer. With our woman, family, etc. We are still dealing with Past traumas that needs to be resolved. That’s why most men cry for help shows in alcohol/drug abuse, mental n physical abuse towards our woman, etc. Until we can heal our selves…we’ll never be capable of loving or truly communicating.
