I remembered watching your videos when I first got diagnosed and started through chemo. Good to say, after 3 cycles of ABVD, they stopped chemo after a cleared PET scan. Ordered 20 treatments of radiation, and Monday is my 15/20. Like you, my hair is growing back already, and even finding more facial hair growing in. Glad you seem to be getting better as well.

I'm so glad to hear you're close to the end of treatment and you have a clear PET scan. Having your hair grow back after losing it through cancer treatment is so uniquely... thrilling. Yay! Wishing you the best, meeksyswampus, as you finish treatment and start your recovery.

I hope you are well and the cancer stays gone. I am a cancer survivor. I had some really hard side effects of my treatment, and some that came 6 months after treatment from the radiation. Its been 3 years now and those side effects eventually went away.

Glad to hear from another cancer survivor, Ashlie. The same thing happened to me - my neuropathy side effects came 6 months after treatment. I'm at the 2 year mark now and I'm struggling with the worst light sensitivity side effects since chemo. I hope it also goes away like your side effects did at the 3 year mark. Thanks for commenting and I wish you the best!

Love your vids. You’ve been so validating for me. I’m sorry you’ve had to go through this. Maybe one day I’ll tell my story. Too fragile yet lol. I do find omega 3s help. Maybe try a professional full body lymph massage cuz it might help you. I had one years ago (before Cancer) and loved it. Very beneficial for cleansing I think. I remember the massage therapist saying to drink lots of water afterwards. It was nice. Gonna try one again. Cheers.

Thank you so much for sharing your story! Your hair looks so cute! I finished chemo in December and it has been such a crazy transition back to real life. I'm going to be traveling in November, I wonder if there's anything we can do to prevent this from happening. I'm a little scared about this happening to me too. I definitely notice more light sensitivity these days, I get so many migraines now. I hope everything is going well with you!

Hi Maleesha! So nice to hear from you again. Thank you. :) Yeah, recovery is such a strange and crazy transition back to real life. I'm planning to meet with an eye specialist in the next month or so and they should give me more answers. I hope it doesn't happen to you! It might be worth meeting with your oncologist or an eye specialist to discuss your concerns. I hope you're traveling to somewhere nice in November!
