@@kristinefischer2289 Yes indeed. I don't know if you remember this but you and I had a good long conversation about that kayak last summer. That was when I was watching you stand on the nose of it and fish comfortably. I couldn't believe how stable it was. And you had told me what it was I personally have a 2022 Outback. But those videos back then made me so jealous lol. But I wouldn't trade my Outback for the world. I like that I can toss it up into a bed of a truck no problem with the lightweight and easy maneuverability it's a lot easier when I fish a lot of ponds as well than just lakes. But all in all I love your videos love the content keep it up. Tight lines

I don't Bass fish much anymore , mostly Crappie & panfish. The other day was reeling in a small bass at a private pond and a Huge Bass went after it- so make a long story short I will be targeting Bass out of that pond this Summer...

Noob question, but what pound braid do you use, and do you use a liter? I'm trying to get into Bass fishing and I'm not sure what line to get. There is also northern pike in my local lake, I know I'd probably need 30-50lb braid and cable liter, would 30lb be too big for bass?

I have never bought a casting reel. I tried 1 and spent the day fixing birds nests. That was 15 years ago and I’m sure they are better so what would you recommend?
Just my .02...Abu Garcia Black Max...adjust the brake & set it in the middle...the dial on the left side of the reel....get some 12lb. Berkley Big Game & use a heavier lure, like a spinnerbait...great reels for the price...I have several & work flawlessly
