The legend returns! You are the reason I actually really took an interest in settlement building. When you built the minute men hq out of concrete and a boxcar, that was the day when I immersed myself in settlement building. Staying lore friendly of course. Good to have you back.

I'm so excited to see new build videos! I've been rewatching all the old ones to scratch the itch since the update 😂 I know I've been watching them a lot because my wife now recognizes your voice lmao
Seriously everyone... 117,000 views and only 387 likes... Keep up the great work none the less, I just love how you decorate to make things fit naturally in the given world and environment. Find it hard just building alone with no decorations really, and hitting camp budgets quickly. My main camp in 76 is like 98% camp budget an can barely place down 3-4 punji boards at a time when dailies require it.
Davey, I always love everything you build. That being said, I feel like Sanctuary is meant to be used in its entirety from the bridge leading in all the way to the back by the large tree. I'd imagine a town named Sanctuary would be rather large and well fortified. I would love to see a version like that as well in the future!
Definitely never doing a version like that - those bigger Sanctuaries only look good from a distance, as when you look closer everything is really empty. Bigger towns almost always look terrible up close, as you cant make things look detailed.
When you mentioned the enemy spawn points in sanctuary at the beginning it reminded me of a video oxhorn made showing all spawn points for every settlement. The problem with his video is his game is heavily modded and most of his settlements are visually altered beyond recognition, making it very difficult for people watching to gauge exactly where he is when he shows the locations. Would you ever consider making a video showcasing them all? There might be other videos that do that already I haven’t checked, I just love your commentary and personally would like to see it. PS: ANOTHER SETTLEMENT NEEDS YOUR HELP, ILL MARK IT ON YOUR MAP
When I was learning to build settlements 7 or 8 yrs ago, you were my favorite to learn from. You and then Oxhorn. Ive been subscribed to you since then. I'm glad to see you are making new Fallout vids. I started playing again this past January because I wanted to settlement build again. Side Note: Your voice sounds exactly like the actor who played Vincent Nigel Murray on the show "Bones," so that's how I always picture you. Lol

Sanctuary is the one settlement I don’t really fence. I basically just use scaffolding to create check points and junk walls to create choke points but I don’t wall the entire settlement. Your junk walls always look great though! Still use your Red Rocket mod or did when I played Fo4.
You use the same mods I use so easy peasy for measy. I think I actually got them from watching you build and your suggested mods from your old videos. Love your junk walls and most your builds. I totally copy a lot of them for my settlements. And my dad and son think they're badass my builds are so much better than theirs are. And it's all thanks to my boy norespawns, huge fan. My dad and son are too. So 3 generations of jenkins that watch your content. Glad to see you back to fallout 4 loved the 76 videos as well.
I was watching your old build videos at the beginning of the week and actually reinstalled the game...hopefully by this weekend I get it downgraded and some slight building mods installed and can relive the nostalgia Great videos past and present

Technically it's only the "original" 5 that seem to do the majority of the hammering!? Did you ever finally beat the Vanilla Game.. I forget. I know how easy it can be to get distracted by the building.. 😁

I could not play this game without the pc place everywhere mod. Disabling the collision and snapping is perfect for scrappy builds instead of everything being aligned. The only problem is the navmesh can mess up but I managed to move things by small amounts to make them walkable
Been using your mods on PlayStation and loving all of them. Though it seems one of your Sanctuary mods conflicts with STS. I can't scrap any items/trash inside and around the yellow house across the street from the player home. Maybe it's just me!
Gotta say that I love your sanctuary mods, BUT I had to uninstall them because: 1 I wanted to build my own houses with CClub content, 2 the junk walls wouldn't match my kinda "pristine" post-apocalyptic Settlement. The Good thing is I have installed all of the other Settlement you've done, home plate included (can't wait for an "All-in-one" version). I'm trying to reproduce what you did with the junk walls, but with the "Military walls" from USO's Fences category.

If you use official mods from the Bethesda Creation club like this, are they unaffected by the update? I like using the Scrap Everything and Place Anywhere, but the Place Anywhere is broken until the Script Extender works. I don't need a bunch of mods to be happy with the game.

You did start settlement building for me also back with the rug glitch and pillar glitches but Bethesda broke my Skyrim then the most recently broke my fallout 4 so I guess that’s over. No need to watch any of these anymore. Fuck Microsoft and fuck bethesda.
You know you can roll back the patch right? You can't edit thousands of lines of your games code and expect updates to work correctly, I swear to god gamers have the most unrealistic expectations of any group. You wouldn't modify the fuck out of your car then expect the dealership to be able to fix it with standard parts, why do you modify the fuck out of your game then expect patches to work?

There's always a side you can get closer with the Pillar glitch so spin the pillar if you can't get close enough.
