I found that prescription medications are so difficult and finicky to find the correct dosage and you need to wait to see if that dose even works.
Pot has saved me from suicide and lashing out so I definitely recommend that alternative. Just like you said keep a journal even if that journal is to help you find what pot works for you. Note down the THC, THCA, even the Turpins that it has. I found Sativa if too potent gives me bad anxiety and it's no fun.
I will definitely invest my time and energy into a personal diary to help clear my head but also help me remember what happened that day and things I need to remember later on.
No need to send any note books but please continue to post! As I've said before you are helping others more than you realize so thank you for what you do and keep kicking ass and taking names and helping those in need!

I’m so glad it’s helping and you will start journaling! Do you like the frequent videos or is it overwhelming? I don’t want to stack too much on, but I also do not want to not show up for those that need something daily! Thank you for your support and just remember... one thing at a time.. slow and steady

@@damagedandthriving2445 Given my chaotic life I tend to listen to you and your advice while at work and I have some kind of down time or am doing computer work. Rather than jamming out to music I'm listening to a good person going through life with a TBI and giving life advice.
So I guess I can say that having daily updates not only could overwhelm myself, but you also need to take into consideration yourself. Do not overwhelm yourself given your life but also looking out to help others. Remember your own advice and one thing at a time, take things slow. Yes the advice helps but can't really get your advice without ya if you've dropped off because you had it with taking the time to make and upload videos.
Me personally don't need daily updates, it's just nice to know I am not alone and love the life advice and will always be an advocate for giving that helping hand or lending that ear to listen with. I like being able to take the notes and suggestions and incorporate them into my life to make living more enjoyable and not as stressful as it has been. So I will continue to watch/listen and take notes, just may not be a daily thing or immediately once you upload.
But you can always expect my thumbs up if/when I get that chance to take some advice!

@@adamalbaugh7848 I think a couple videos a week is a good pace! That way it gives everyone a chance to implement and soak it the last video. The good thing is we can go back and watch old videos whenever needed! I am excited to do this channel! So excited that I quit posting on my fishing channel and have focused 100% on this and my business. This is more rewarding than fishing vids and I’m keeping a healthy balance! I’m honored to help anyone that I can! I see too much negative depressing stuff related to brain trauma and I want to be a positive resource that gives others hope! 👍

@@conniecastille6068 That is a good resource! For some reason my brain doesn’t do good with alerts and phone apps. Out of sight out of mind. I must see the pad to remind me to read it... everyone is different ❤️
