Just did your workout after lunch, while watching TV. It's a relaxing one, nice for the bad weather that is here atm. Also must say your videos are improving. I love to see it :) like that you can see the next move but it doesn't take up too much space that you can't see the current workout.

Actually i wanna ask uu is this really helpful for losing weight not ganna lie i eat too much but steal wanna get perfect body so is this raly work for that!?
@@DARYA-o5q hey, it is helpful to lose weight as long as you maintain calorie deficit:) unfortunately, it is not realistic to outdo high calorie diet with exercise.. I would suggest you trying to to focus more on balanced high-protein meals so you feel full for longer and slowly work towards your fitness goals!
