I did this combination today for our Sunday breakfast. I came out so good. Only the color was not that much yellowish, bit of brownish. But taste was so good and my 86 year old father had and gave me A1+ grading... So I am passing it on to you. Thank you so much for sharing.

Finally I got my set dosa measurements right . Thank u chef. Though u gave us the measurements in kgms and gms..I converted it to cup measurements and yes..it did worked so perfect..I tried different versions of set dosa and it was a flop and finally I could say this worked..and the aval I bought ..was finally put to use. I made it as 5 cups of idli rice, 3/4 cup each of aval and urad dal and of course 1 tbsp of methi seeds. Thank u chef

I've seen many vada curry recipes but none of them have made a ground paste. They saute garam masala, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, then ground coconut and add vada. It's like making any other simple gravy. Ur recipe is promising.

Hi i am your great fan and the Bisi bela bath you taught was a great hit also your Set dosas. Now on my own i tried 1 cup Jowar flour with 2 spoons of rice flour and little curry leaves, green chillies made this rava dosa style came out very nice. Same with ragi flour. Now i tried sama millet flour also tastes very nice. I make same thokku but instead of adding water , grind it in to chutney and it lasts easily for 3-4 days.Thank you

Hi i am your great fan and the Bisi bela bath you taught was a great hit also your Set dosas. Now on my own i tried 1 cup Jowar flour with 2 spoons of rice flour and little curry leaves, green chillies made this rava dosa style came out very nice. Same with ragi flour. Now i tried sama millet flour also tastes very nice. I make same thokku but instead of adding water , grind it in to chutney and it lasts easily for 3-4 days.Thank you
