Very simple and delicious meal for a busy individual. Also I’ve tried with following recipes: 1 cup of chicken broth, couple of garlic cloves, pealed half ginger, and pressure cooked for 15 minutes, dressed with melted butter, pinch of salt and black pepper and then air fried for 20 minutes came out crispy but juicy and golden brown. Used the liquid to make gravy as you have suggested, ended up great.
I've been thinking of cooking a chicken like this, did think the pressure cooker would make/keep it moist and then blast it with the air fryer to crisp it up, need to try this
I didn't hear you mention how much liquid to add first .... under the pot or whatever holding the chicken. Don't you have to use at least a cup or so of liquid to make the pressure/steam to cook?
Oh dear, sorry if I forgot to mention it, yeah I put water in the base until it gets close to the top of the basket just so it's got water but the food isn't sat in the water.

This is so easy to do. Thank you. Have you cooked potatoes at the same time as the chicken!
Nice video 👍🏻oh how do you clean the lid ?
Good question! We don't actually clean the lid. it doesn't look too bad so I think it must ventilate well.
you should not use olive oil it should be avocado or something that has low smoke levels
Good point!
I use can spray olive oil on mine hasn't burned yet maybe because it's spray.
