All of these sounded the exact same tone wise. Equal length exhaust is without a doubt the best. My current setup on mine and sounds less like a truck, more like a mustang GT.
I have a 2011 5.0, I want to redo the whole truck and exhaust. What should I start with? I want to add HP and wake up the engine it’s running great but 190k. Want to replace everything.
@@jamesoncc21 If you have plenty of money I’d do a cold air intake, potentially put long tube headers on preferably but if not then shorty headers, I’d then put high flow cats on or leave stock ones depending on states laws and regulations, and then I’d run true duals with either flowmasters of your choice or something similar. It all really depends on how loud you want it.

what exhaust are you running?
@@sactownraiders01 SPD Trombone loop, X pipe, stainless bros 3" muffler
X pipe u did research good job u gonna turbo? I'm thinking about it tbh😂
@@gavinrodriguez4478 probably not. Just like how the Coyote handles an X pipe
@@chkntndy7727 fair notice a dramatic change or not really?
Straight pipe with resonator sounds pretty good. Not too loud but definitely louder than factory.
The Flowmaster Super 10 on a 5.0 sounds so awesome. The Roush and Outlaw came close.
Nothing sounds good as the old original American made Flowmaster. 😢
😂
Borla and roush sounds better
Great video. Straight pipe just sounds okay when you're moving, though. Cold start sure.
I prefer the straight pipe sound. It sounds deeper...
