I think one thing you missed was that you can hold the heavy attack button during the handle fable art to extend the duration of the effect, but other than that, a great guide!

omg thank you! I couldn't figure out the heavy attack button thing with the "defence while offence" thing, so that clarifies it And thank you - I had to do it for all of the videos about this game I made, so figured might as well share it with everyone else who could benefit from it!
By doing absolutley everything, and i mean everything, related to humanity you can actually get the weapon at/before the laxasia fight, theres a few points on the map like at the chapel where you play an emote and get some humanity which can send it over the edge. At least for me it did :)

Just a quick info - I reached level 4 after kill Nameless puppet and I was not able to take the pinochio nose from the picture. I assume that it must be done earlier in the game, probably between sophia option and Simon Manus boss?

You can still build up enough humanity to get the staff while telling the truth when you are obviously supposed too. You don't have to lie every time.

No. There are still side quests that you can do and even listen to the discs which will give u humanity.
