Thank you. I've done the air filters on my Cayenne, but had no idea about how to do the Macan until your video. I appreciate the explanation and clear instructions.
Thanks much. Saved me a lot of time. Btw, on my '16 Turbo it was not necessary to unscrew the coolant valve mount on the driver's side. I was able to slide the hose assembly up and off the mount.
Great ! I need it now. I tried today and missed the driver’s side slide door, so I only got oil changed today. . I will try Tomorrow. Thank you so much
I noticed the K&N replacement and observed questions that people have asked about it. My two cents worth - I previously had a Corvette and would always use K&N filters on it, thinking it was providing an extra 5 horsepower, but then I watched some RUclips video's where people actually ran dynamometer tests, paper versus K&N, with no difference or even slightly less horsepower with the K&N. My conclusion - even though the K&N filter fabric may flow more air than an equal amount of paper filter fabric, the paper filter allows for at least as much air because they have two to three times the number of pleats hence two to three times the amount of filter fabric. As for the advantage of K&N's being washable, you run the risk of applying too much oil, which could result in fouling up the mass air flow sensor. In the end, I decided to play it safe (and save money) and just stick with paper.
Thank you for posting this video. Could you please explain why the filter you are using is different than the one you are replacing? Doesn't that matter?
Merci beaucoup ! J'aime bien bricoler sur mon véhicule mais....je ne comprenais pas comment ôter le XXXXXXXX filtre.J'ai cherché,cherché longtemps avant de me décider à regarder sur RUclips

Great tutorial video!
Thank you! Very easy R&R. Porsche engineered it well so that it is difficult to reinstall incorrectly.
FYI: I have a 2016 Macan Turbo and it is the exact same process.
Thanks for the video.
Thanks for the video!
How do you like the K&N Air Filters? Did you notice an increase in power? Any change in engine noise from inside the cabin?
Coolant valve slides off without removing the screw. How do you like the K&N filters compared to OEM?
