- Hey! First of all I know I am completely attributing story elements that she was only a participant in within canon (so please don't comment about how she wasn't the only one who killed Rowanstar, etc bc i know) I just thought it would be much funner as if she really was this ambitious cat who was loyal to Darktail but also wanted the power that he had. I really love Sleekwhisker as there are not enough canon female villains in warriors, and there is enough mapleshade content around already! I hope y'all enjoy this!

Neon Star I don’t think so since Darktail never seemed like he possibly loved many cats, Darktail seemed to like Violetshine but they won’t be having kits for obvious reasons, and Sleekwhisker liked Darktail but he never seemed particularly interested and Sleekwhisker didn’t have kits either. There are other options like Raven but they never seemed as close or that interested in a relationship with one another.

And yeah, we need more Sleekwhisker content as she's one of the two only female villains (That's why I'm going to host a MAP about her soon, too!). I appreciate this take on Sleekwhisker. She was one of the several characters I wished had been fleshed out a bit more, or at least explored a bit more, in AVOS. They could have done a lot with her and her relationship with Needletail (they grew up together and used to be friends for crying out loud), and she wasn't used to her full potential. Even if this isn't canon, I appreciate that it gives more depth to her motivations where previously, we didn't really have any
aw ty! i was also really disappointed with how she was handled, and i wish that she was a more proactive villain... that is the main thing i tried to convey in this pmv, her ambition to be a better leader for shadowclan (and the rogues afterwards) and her mixed emotions regaring darktail. i like to picture her cozying up to him and flirting with him and trying to be his right-hand man just so she could be his successor (tbh i also think my version of sleekwhisker would have tried to assassinate him as well) i am glad you enjoyed the video! :D
@@Frog12 I love the idea of Sleek trying to off Darktail for power. It plays even more into the song, her being a Brutus figure. It could have been a really cool source of conflict in AVOS if she tried to take him out but got run off, along with a small group of her supporters. Then there'd be two groups gunning for Darktail, but with Sleek just being this chaotic loose cannon who's on no one's side but her own.
@@lzrshark617 i LOVE that tbh she could have usurped Darktail and become the surprise main villain of the arc for the last three books (instead of them having no real main villain) it would have been SICK (not that darktails current death isnt cool, maybe they could keep that and have her take over after, or let her have the final blow on both him and onestar?)

I haven’t read the books since bramblestars storm and I see sleekwhisker around. Can someone explain to me her story and why she killed her own dad?....

Basic summary:
Sleek whisker was raised when shadow clan was falling apart, so dark tail and his group of rouges called "The kin" or "Kin" took over for a while and almost destroyed the clans. He had strict rules and sleekwhisker saw him as a "perfect leader" i think. Also she killed her father because she (or grandpa idk) didnt think he deserved to be leader.
