This shiny appeared on a full moon night after only 3400 seen which is INCREDIBLE since I was in full makeup for the entire hunt 💀 Hocus Pocus 2 just came out, and since this has been a hunt on my list for years I knew it was finally time to make it happen! after playing since diamond and pearl days, my first full odds was a shiny litwick in Black Version 2 in the Strange House. I ran out of balls right before I encountered it and failed. I finally revisited the game this year and found another shiny Litwick in the same location, at last. 7 years later, on the very first phase and 236 REs I got my "Reclaim". I thought that name would be fitting. Congrats on yours!

Seeing your reaction to getting this shiny reminds me that Shiny Litwick has a special place in my heart. I know most probably won't believe this but when I was a kid, I lost my cartridge of Pokemon White. A few years later, while cleaning under my bed, I found it. I opened up the game to see where I was in the playthrough, and I was about to enter the tower Dallas is hunting in. I walk in to continue the playthrough after years, and what is the 1st encounter after finding the game but a beautiful Blue Flame Candle. I actually missed the shiny sparkles and was about to run but I thought it looked a bit... off, so I googled the shiny and it was indeed a shiny litwick on my screen. That was probably the luckiest I have ever/will ever be when it comes to shiny pokemon
