I had booksy before going to a shop. The shop didn’t use booksy so I cancelled my subscription. I want to go back to it to be honest. Not with the website design
I can understand that. I went to a shop that didn’t use it at all and that worked out I’m my favor Simply because i got clients from other shops in that new area.
How did you cancel? I can’t cancel mine, I use square now. I don’t want to pay for an app that I don’t use

It only shows you their history with you. If they canceled on you before it will show you how many times and if it was a cancel or no show

How can you tell which app is better by location?
I know you mentioned texting, but is the texting feature on Booksy similar to regular texting? Like, can you text to communicate for booking just as you would through regular text message or is it only text blasts?
You can text them but it’s not through the app it’s through your actual text messages

@@MarioM.. it keeps track of who came in and how many times and all that i check them out but i put they paid in cash on Booksy. You can use it as your pos i just don’t

@@blak_momba3056 i moved to a new state where i didn’t know anybody. 90 percent of my clients found me on Booksy the rest were from walkins at the shop. I had good ratings to help as well but i didn’t know anyone here at all.

I honestly just use google sheets. I taught myself how to use it and set it up to add everything up for me
