These look nice, but I agree that the lack of significant change from the previous model wouldn't have been an issue if these were the Kyrie Low 2 Strap instead of being sold as the next iteration. That squiggly Swoosh is indeed very cool and cute lol.
Hope return policies for Nike Philippines are same in the US. Here you can only exchange your shoes one time, one time and that's it and also it shouldn't be used otherwise you can return and exchange them. Also, same goes with other Shoe stores here. Bummer.

I can understand the frustration. But I think I get the reason why nike is doing this. Because like in our country, you cant find a kyrie low 2 anymore. Or you cant find old shoes or previous models of a signature shoes in general. So in case someone wants to buy a kyrie low, they would wait for nike to make a new version since they arent making/manufacturing old models anymore. 2nd reason maybe is because like here in our country, because of humidity here, shoes dont last long. Even if you wear them or store them with silicon gel or everything, they will still crumble in around 5 years. So buying a newer version or newly manufactured shoes, means we could enjoy the shoes a year longer than the previous model.
Just got into shoes recently...you have in my opinion the best all around review channel. Maybe add putting them on for first time? Bought the all red and the bred lebron 17s 11.5 and they're TIGHT. Then got 3m 6 rings in 11.5 and its an inch too big. Knowing true to size fits or not would help ppl not super experienced yet. Keep up the hard work im subbed now.

LOVE the squiggly swoosh!!! I agree with you about the Mystique looking outsole....I busted out laughing when you said it. I honestly think they should’ve done away with the strap, especially since it doesn’t hold. If I ever want a strap in my shoes...it’ll be a forefoot strap for containment, since those actually seem to work, like the PG1. Outside of that...no strap since the Velcro always seems to eat up the laces and that’s a pet peeve for me. Overall design is cool, but no need for an actual performance review especially since it’s the same as before.

I think these look amazing to wear casually. These and the new Zoom Freak 2 has that runner feel, and don't look to bulky like other basketball shoes. From a casual wear perspective.
I noticed that they perforated the strap on these which is good because the Kyrie 6’s strap was a solid piece gets really sweaty after a long time of play!

KD7 were super narrow like most KD’s buy they were great. Just killed my feet. Had to retire them early. I tried the curry 5’s in 3 different sizes and was like, “no🙅🏽♂️!”

It feels like the Kyrie line is getting absurdly repetitive across the board. The signature literally seems almost the same every year plus or minus a strap and small aesthetic differences
These remind me of the Zoom Live 2017 PEs: glow-in-the-dark sole that wore down in no time, strap that should help but doesn't and got put on sale almost as soon as they hit shelves
Ya know I cant wait to see a foamposites or battleposite Kyrie shoe, I know 1 thing his shoe is unique in it own BUT he went overboard on the esoteric symbolism tho.
Great video. As a Jordan Brand customer, I was surprised how much I liked the Kyrie 2 Low - Sandy Cheeks when the Sponge Bob Pack dropped last year. So comfortable that I went back and bought the Kyrie 2 Low - Black/Metallic pair so I could beat them up and not worry about dirtying my white Sandy Cheeks. So, Kyrie 2 Lows are one of my faves. Great work on content!
I was able to find them on sale already at footlocker . While I agree it feels the same as the 2 , but I feel like the sizing is different . On the 2 I had to size up and these I was able to go true to size despite there being a strap .

I copped a 17 and they don’t feel big. There’s a small amount of space T the toe. There is no gaps elsewhere. Nike’s sizing is comical.

Doesn't matter the strap doesn't stay velcro to the shoe when running or hard cuts. Its way too short. Counter intuitive.

They definitely should have made the straps longer. That exposed velcro fuzz looks kinda unfinished. Love the look of the shoe otherwise.
