I'm 71. I've been blessed to have had a dozen good bois and girls over my lifetime so far. Every one has been a special friend and incomparable teacher. Each one impacted my life and still does. I live in a nursing home in Texas and I'm happier here than I was at home. But I will grieve for the dogs I no longer have for the rest of my life -- and feel the pain of not being able to have one, as long as I live.
Sting you were a beautiful boy. So sad you are no longer with us but I'm sure you are playing now that you have crossed the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge. All my animals have crossed the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge and I'm sure they are all playing. ❤❤UK.

Greyhounds are such special and sweet dogs. I’ve been fortunate to have adopted two ex racers. Seeing one always makes my heart melt. I’m glad that Sting was so loved.
Where I live the animals do not cross the bridge but wait in their little section of paradise, plsying, chasing etc. until their ownet arrives and they cross the bridge together.
That’s such a beautiful thought-animals having their own little paradise while they wait, playing and enjoying their time until their owner comes to join them. It paints a picture of loyalty and love that transcends even the distance. It’s a heartwarming reminder of the special bond between pets and their owners.

Muhlan, my galgo, crossed the rainbow last August. I still think of her everyday and I cry. Brussels, Belgium.
