Loving this series. I think it should go longer then 3 months. Maybe the 1st year of an ebay store. On the hours it's realistic that even people with full time jobs like myself get holidays. I usually take 2 weeks off at a time. First week is holiday with family and second week I use for my ebay store working at least 5 hours per day not including weekend. So I say you could do this to get a 20-25hr week

Not sure if anyone mentioned this, and i'm not even positive if this works myself, but I think i recall that drumsets can be used as regular controllers for games. So i don't think you need a rock band game specifically to test the drums. I think you can just use a normal game and just hit the pads. pretty sure anyway

I am an extrovert. I talk to co-workers and let them know that I sell part time. I also, like Chase said sell things for family and friends. I go thrifting alot and notice what people are buying (spotted other resellers) and made several connections with that way.
bonus episode with rollover hours sounds like some good entertainment. are you guys doing any ebay local pickup only for some of your heavy or bulky items now or in the future? what do you mean by send offers to buyers, is that like people watching an item?

When I was reselling part time there were weeks I had more time than others. I don't think I would hurt to have a week of 20 hours worked, or to work 12 hours a week every now and then.

I would just throw the drum set up locally for sale for a cheap price especially since you got it for free
Great video! As far as occasionally doing a “boost” in your weekly hours, I think it’s reasonable to have days where you can invest more time in the side hustle because that happens in real life. Everyone has gets days off in their regular work schedules, vacation time, etc to pump extra time into the side hustle. And I would argue that it is within the bounds of the challenge to use those. Just maybe bake that into the rules when you do season 2 of the challenge 😉.

I find it hard to believe that there wasn't a single copy of guitar hero or rock band in that entire place lol. You can also hook usb controllers into a computer and test that way. Unless you're not doing that because you haven't bought a computer through profits.
I was kind of hoping you guys didn't find all the consoles from the jump haha. Right now my issue is having many different gaming items (controllers, games) but no way of testing them. Kind of wanted to see what you did with that issue but instead you got all the systems working with all needed wires lol
If you have many consoles, it may be worth investing into a testing station with a tv, some cheap adapters, and cables. Especially if the price difference from tested to untested is extreme

US Markets do be hitting different. I don't think you can do the same in the UK like they do in the US sadly
Agreed. Scaling up in the UK is the hardest and requires a lot of travelling and time. I do charity shop runs, marketplace and the odd bootsale to keep things ticking through and still hard to make a decent return. Everything seems to be worth less in the UK market compared to the US market for sure.@@dividedgamersunited3573

I think it is totally unrealistic to assume with the growth this venture is having to always stick to the 10 hour per week limit. If I was doing something like this and it was showing growth I would make time, so I can grow more. That is my 2 cents.
You shouldn't stick to 10 hours if it's snowballing towards success. We're simply showing that anyone with a minimum of 10 hours per week can get results, and it's a fun challenge for us! Thanks for watching

Asking again: How do you print labels for USPS pick up without a printer?
One option would be to generate the labels and email them to yourself. They could then be printed at a local library often times for minimal cost.
With eBay, if you buy the label through them, it gives you an option for a QR code, I use that at the post office and they print the label for me!
Go to the library if need be. Use a printer that you already own for personal use. Take it to the post office directly and have them print it for you. Take it to ups and have them print it for you. Use a friends printer. Use a family members printer. There’s a ton of free options out there. Do any of them.
In this case, they have taken the option of “use a friends printer” but they also both have printers at home and could absolutely use those if need be. I would argue that if one has the option to do any of those, they shouldn’t buy a printer right away as it is not necessary. Funds are limited so investing in the business mainly is the priority here.
