So glad to see you again! Your colors choices on Three Tulips are great. It is beautiful! I’m going to look for 20 count Aida. I, also, never knew it existed. Gables Stitcher I’ve been stitching for a month or so now. I finish by putting it all into a bag 😂 I’m loving the process. Picking a pattern, picking aida, picking floss and then stitching. I was a project knitter and crocheter. I’m a process stitcher I’m noticing.

Have not started because I can’t decide the fabric. 🤪 Quaker Halloween looks fantastic on the murky linen. It reminds me of a full moon Halloween night. Great choice.

Cynthia...are you on Facebook or Instagram? Poke around some of the groups and maybe do an “in search of” post for stitchers to zoom together. I’ve been in a local stitching group for years and we stitch together one night a week. Otherwise it’s stitching friends I’ve made over the years that we just message each other and say...want to stitch? It’s nice we have the technology now to be together while apart

I love good books. I think cross stitching and books go together. Some tubers put their books at the end so people that aren't interested can skip them.

Books yes...is your beach in NC Holden Beach by chance? I'm glad you're back. Happy Fall!
Yes! It is Holden Beach! We have gone there the last 15 summers....perfect beach for families. Have you been? Everyone in Massachusetts thinks we are nuts to drive that far for a beach because we are surrounded by them here. But the water is too cold here 😂😂. We are wimps. We love that it’s not crowded, warm water, great waves and great shells.
We went there in 1998...our first beach vacation and I was pregnant with my youngest who is now a senior in college. We loved it there. Back then the nearest grocery store was like 20 miles. When you said non crowded beach in NC close to SC, I immediately thought of Holden. I love Cape Cod though. Have many happy memories of Harding Beach in Chatham from when I was a kid.

Welcome back, so glad to see you! Normally I don’t do a lot of stitching in the summer either but this year it has been so hot and humid here, I’ve been inside more than outside! Plus, I set done pretty hefty stitching goals for myself this year. I got a lot of stitching done during furlough but once I went back to work I didn’t stitch for like a month and of course got hopelessly behind with flosstube. I think I’m finally just about caught up, with my favorites anyway. Love your finishes, especially the tulip piece, your color changes are wonderful! Looking forward to your next video 😊
We had a really hot summer here too Lori! It was pleasant outside at night but really hot and humid during the day. I’m enjoying the cooler days we are getting now. I always set too lofty stitching goals for myself too! I’m starting to learn that I need twice as much time to make a goal than my estimate. It’s all good though! As long as we are enjoying it and making a few Xs ❤️

FFO can stand for Fully Finished Object or Finally Finished Object. It can honesty be either for most of my projects!
