    AMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fake grandfather wants the college musical update - marching, concert, orchestra?? We know about marching actually! Love that you finally started the tiger. Sounds like summer was a wonderful sendoff for the college bound! Happy cooler weather!

    Hi Amy, loved visiting with you today.
    Thanks to you I stitch Wiccked Christmas. I think you did a WIP parade in the first days of January 2021 and I fell in love with this pattern. Bought it right away and started stitching. I think I have 2/3 done now and still love it . And love watching your progress!

      Good to know because that means I started it in 2020! 2/3 done…I’m totally impressed! Bet it’s looking good. Isn’t it a really fun stitch?

    I really like the piece you are stitching with your oldest daughter in mind. What a great story behind it! I was at the NJ retreat as well and had a wonderful time. It was nice to see all of the things you are working on today😊

    Hi Amy! Loved visiting with you today. I love the piece you started when your daughter went to college and that you put in the year 2022. A friend of mine started a sampler the day her son went to college and put in the last stitch on his graduation day. Also happy to hear that you started the white tiger piece.

Hope you’re doing well, miss you lots, I’ll have to come around to Mass sometime and acquire more stash I don’t need 😉😉😉. Happy stitching!

      Hi Sheila! I feel like I am definitely making good progress on that sheep pattern I started in New Jersey. I think of the retreat everytime I stitch on it. I had a fantastic time there. I'm glad I got to spend some time meeting you and everyone at your table. Hope your stitching is going well!

    I enjoyed seeing what you have been working on. The retreat sounded like great fun. The small you received was actually designed by Hands on Design, not Lizzie Kate. It is just adorable, I have liked that for a long time.

    Your projects looks great. Better order a bunch of that Anchor blue!
    What size are those flex rings and do you cut your DMC 18 inches long?

    • @gablesstitcher3325
      @gablesstitcher3325  2 года назад

      I cut probably a yard of DMC. I stitch mostly with one strand so I will cut the strand in half before I start stitching. That way I have 12 strands of floss in one long legnth. But if I’m stitching with two I’ll loop start the long strand. These are the rings I use 50pack Colored Nylon Coated Stainless Steel Wire Keychains 2mm 6.3 Inches Aircraft Cable Key Ring Loops for Hanging Luggage Tags or ID Tags (Assorted 50 Pack) a.co/gKTRrjy
      I store my overdye floss on them too and sometimes I’ll put two together to make a bigger ring.
