I feel about Leaky Black the same way I did about Theo Pinson. The 1st 3 years when Pinson got the ball I would just cringe until the last year Theo did some incredible stuff. Don't sleep on Leaky Black. He plays really strong D and knows his role. Knowing your role is one of the most important things to learn in a system. While I don't love his game I absolutely love what he brings to that team.
The former Carolina player that Leaky Black most reminds me of is Dudley (The Secretary of Defense) Bradley who was not a big-time scorer but could play defense like nobody's business whose Carolina team beat Magic Johnson's Michigan team in 1979 at a neutral site that went on to win the National Title against Larry Bird's Indiana State. Dudley stole the ball from Johnson multiple times in that game. He was a lean athletic smart player who would get major defensive assignments in Dean Smith's strategy for a game. He has one of the really iconic moments in Carolina's history when he stole the ball from Clyde Austin just after he got the ball across the mid-court line on January 17, 1979, and won the game on a dunk. Bradley could sometimes score in the teens, but most times had an average of about 8 points per game.
Dude you were spot on with your prognostication, Carolina has made it to the national championship game and those guys you mentioned are getting it in! Go Heels!
Facts Brady Manek is the X factor, once Dawson left and Brady was sure the 4 spot was his it allowed him to really play his game. Even coming off the bench he has 17+ games which is wild when you already have 2 other players with 20 at times in college. He’s an amazing cutter and really brings leadership not to mention he was Oklahoma’s leading scorer his sophomore and junior year and 14th all time for scoring. Glad someone has finally noticed

UNC fan here, the X factor is Leaky Black. His defense alone allows for us to make mistakes on offense bc he pretty much erases the other teams best scorer. Granite Manek and the guys play great but without leaky ion think we get this far
the refs were the reason letting Baylor reach the whole second half when they were pressing. I've never so many non calls on reach ins.Maneks ejection was the turning point but how they called the game from that point after he was ejected is what allowed them to make that come back.Baylor scored over 50 points that second half
What makes UNC scary is that flowing Dean Smith/Roy Williams system when players are executing it correctly. UNC players at times have difficulty executing the game plan. And it may take most of the season for their players to make it work. This was why UNC was blown out quite a few times during the regular season. Coach Hubert Davis was the right coach to take over and continue implementing that system. When the players are on the same page and executing, it's one of the most beautiful offensive sets on display. When Brady Manek was ejected, the team flow was disrupted. It will be another monumental task if UNC has what it takes to beat the Bill Self led KU. That team is also a rhythm squad. And with the loaded talent KU has, they are also playing their best brand of basketball at the right time. It will be interesting as UNC historically does not match up well against Bill Self KU teams. I believe Monday night will be an awesome game!

@@TopTee3 And they are in the 🏆 game now. What a breakout. I wish I could have watched last night's game but I worked till 11:30 pm. Sounded like a great game when I turned on sports in the car lol
I agree, I don't even watch much basketball, but since the tournament started I have been watching unc and manek was the only person that stood out to me, I saw him sink a three from almost half court with 2 guys in his face, and he looked like he was shooting a free throw, and I was like who is this guy.
The reason Calob Love and RJ Davis had bad shooting percentages against St. Peter's is because They are both great on fast breaks and playing at a high pace. We held St. Peter's to 17 points and they got it to half right before halftime at 38-19. The reason he was 11/18 vs UCLA is we were down a lot in this game and to me, the most impressive 45 minutes of the tournament was the OT vs Baylor without Manek who really opens up the lane for Armando with this one move where he backpedals 4 steps from the low block to the corner 3, now most catch and shoot players, I love catch and shoot 3s but I like the middle of the ball to be dead center under my right pectoral muscle, about 6 inches I to a foot in front of me so can snag it, pull it towards me a few inches and my left hand is set up to be a catering guide hand, pulling it in let's my right elbow stay in and I'm built almost exactly like Calob Love I'm 6'3 210 big shoulders and a 78" wing span, now watching him wave goodbye to the Cameron Crowd, he looks like he has Kawhi Leonard's hands. I have 8 inch hands and can palm certain men's 29.5 inch balls but guess what? I have to press my hand into the ball and I lose it after 5-10 seconds. He looks like he can palm the ball off of a dribble or he has the gloves NFL players are wearing where a bullet pass is going over their head as there getting crushed by a high safety running full speed closing and the DB saw your hand start to move so he face guards and shoulders you into you like Earl Thomas and the Seattle Legion of boom from like the early 2010s and they stick a hand up and the ball just sticks to it and he doesn't drop it. I seen Calob Love split a double team on a drive to the basket where he went from driving towards the rim but is outside the lane a good 3 feet to the left and even with the backboard and in a new kind of Euro he goes 8 feet horizontal and 1 foot backwards and the defenders stare at each other as he's laying the ball in right inside the right block.PS Kick out passers give the passes a little backspin.
If Love would just dish the ball rather than taking half his shots he would be a much better player. UNC wins when they have the most assists. Once they rely on individual heroism it all becomes chance.
I would have had a lot more respect for you, if you would have said, I made an entire video about him being a bust and " not a good basketball player" and he proved me wrong somewhere in this video. You made entire video about him, take out 10 seconds and say you were wrong
Shooting terrible isn’t the issue with Caleb. Does he do anything else. When does he hit shots?? He has also closed most of those games as well. When we need a bucket, Caleb gets it. If we on the FT line, Caleb the one we want on the line. It’s timely buckets.
Caleb Love going to get a banner? Maybe a Natty Banner too. He is a night and day player from the beginning of this season. Beating Duke at Cameron and at the Final Four during Coach K’s last season > Natty What do you think Matt the great?
I caught on to your videos, and I have watched quite a few of them. I am going to give you some friendly, constructive criticism, my young friend. Man, you have a voice for radio, your editing skills are top notch and your research is outstanding. You absolutely have the most IMPORTANT quality: a willingness to put in the work! You keep that up, and you are going to be able to take what you are doing as far as you want. Take it from a 52 year old guy who has succeeded in everything he has ever done: You have what it takes, young man. But enough ego stroking, I promised you a constructive criticism. Young brother, you absolutely HAVE to stop being..."Pacific." That is one of those mispronunciations that sticks out, and slaps the listener in the ear. It is a distraction from your work, and in as much it just is not worth keeping in your vocabulary. We all have them. Some are minor and can even be adorable. My Mother used to say "Pixture" and my wife "sussess." But you just happened to be straddled with one that is neither minor nor adorable. You HAVE to do away with "Pacific." SPECIFIC. That is my constructive criticism. Stand in front of a mirror and practice it until it becomes natural. Good luck!
Die Hard Tar Heel Fan since Jordan, Worthy , Perkins. Their Guard Jimmy Black went to my High School . This is when New YORK City Point Guards ran the NCAA . With that being said I just can’t figure Bacot out . He plays weak sometimes to be so big . When we beat Duke he was going to the basket strong . I think if he’s aggressive we have a great shot . He also has to make his free throws because they’re gonna foul him down the stretch . I believe Manek has found his rhythm so I’m penciling him in for 20+ . Bacot has to come to play .
"He's due for a great game." is not analysis. It's going with your gut. Hoping. Praying. Saying that Love going 11/24 is like Manek going 10/13 is the most ridiculous thing I've heard in some time. UNC had a great run, but undisciplined, sloppy play in the clutch cost them a national title. That and Kansas waking up at halftime. Many times this season, Kansas went on mega runs. They can score in bunches. What the hell with all the unprovoked turned ankles, falling down, and puking? They were smoked, gassed, worn slick, whatever you want to use for exhausted trying to run with Kansas. Having no bench killed them. Watch the last play, Manek needed a Life Alert. He'd fallen and couldn't get up. They let a 25pt lead evaporate vs Baylor and were fortunate to win that one. Not hatin bro. Just my take with the advantage of 20/20 hindsight. Haha! Keep up the good content.
I think Purdue (who beat nova & unc) was the most improbable win for Saint peters. They (especially Ivey) chose a bad game to have one of the worst games of their season.

Adderall much?
If Love would just dish the ball rather than taking half his shots he would be a much better player. UNC wins when they have the most assists. Once they rely on individual heroism it all becomes chance.
Well vs St. Peter’s and tonight he showed he was the X factor and when he scores over 20 we win
With the game on the line (winning time) I'll take C. Love over any player in the NCAA.
My man literally fell on the last play of the game and Kansas defended 5 on 4…
Carolinas season turned around when rj took over the point
Caleb love is a fucking dog💯
I seen today that three St Peters players are entering the transfer portal.
I would have had a lot more respect for you, if you would have said, I made an entire video about him being a bust and " not a good basketball player" and he proved me wrong somewhere in this video. You made entire video about him, take out 10 seconds and say you were wrong
I like it when your Pacific. Can you give us some Atlantic facts as well? That would be cool
Shooting terrible isn’t the issue with Caleb. Does he do anything else. When does he hit shots?? He has also closed most of those games as well. When we need a bucket, Caleb gets it. If we on the FT line, Caleb the one we want on the line. It’s timely buckets.
Looks like Caleb was the X factor. He killed duke in the 2nd half and closed the game.
I was getting mad as hell last night when they wasn't passing Brady the ball as much as they should have
Why do you yell so much?
And UNC fans know Manek's worth.
You wrote off UNC
I said the same thing but leaky black as well.
Caleb & Brady aren't our main sources RJ has his games and don't forget about Leaky & Dontrez too..especially when Caleb & Brady were out.
Believe us we love Manek
I’m a duke fan but I had already noticed that Carolina is very dangerous Caleb love and there big man are legit ...the whole team is legit
I bet on unc to win it all at +3200 it’s like +500 now so yeah I been on the train
Manek is fasho nice. Caleb hits the bigger shots
This video aged very well (sans Leaky Black erasure)
GOD bless
I believed manek was the X factor as well when he struggled for ucla I got worried
Caleb is the X factor top playing wit his top was the best on the court
Caleb Love going to get a banner? Maybe a Natty Banner too. He is a night and day player from the beginning of this season.
Beating Duke at Cameron and at the Final Four during Coach K’s last season > Natty
What do you think Matt the great?
The X favor is they started playing D and hitting 3. And what did the guys shot that Love covered. His D has been off the charts
Crazy cause Yu was just talking shit about c love lol
Fr fr
Matt you just made a video about how he was a bust
and its like its never said too, made a whole video about it
You should do a story on Nicky Davis. He played for Arkansas. You you like his story
Let’s go Duke!!!!
Let’s go Duke!!!
Let’s go Duke!!!
I’ll be back Sunday to troll all the Carolina fans.
good luck with that
Lol you not back
We are waiting
You HAVE to do away with "Pacific."
SPECIFIC. That is my constructive criticism. Stand in front of a mirror and practice it until it becomes natural.
Good luck!
I am glad that I am a Tarheels fan people just had keep sleeping on us
When you beat Duke at home for Mikey k's high status celebrity filled retirement party, you are not much of a underdog.
You were dead on about him being due for a great game
Nice video I wish providence made it to final 4
Its not how good you are. Its how good you play
Put some respect on Caleb name
Die Hard Tar Heel Fan since Jordan, Worthy , Perkins. Their Guard Jimmy Black went to my High School . This is when New YORK City Point Guards ran the NCAA . With that being said I just can’t figure Bacot out . He plays weak sometimes to be so big . When we beat Duke he was going to the basket strong . I think if he’s aggressive we have a great shot . He also has to make his free throws because they’re gonna foul him down the stretch . I believe Manek has found his rhythm so I’m penciling him in for 20+ . Bacot has to come to play .
dOoK could do nothing with our Guards!
This video aged well.
Go Heels!
Yessir UNC on top
I think Purdue (who beat nova & unc) was the most improbable win for Saint peters. They (especially Ivey) chose a bad game to have one of the worst games of their season.
I'm a UNC fan and I really thought Purdue would win the title
saint peters ain’t have that guy they can just give the ball to and say go i knew eventually they wouldn’t hit 40% of their shots almost every team has a game like that in the tourney but i expect someone on that team to step up sheesh. Shout out Brady Manek and shout out Ndefo for saint peters.
Saint Peter's had a great run. Nothing to be ashamed of.
He's giving Kyle guy vibes
He said to be pacific. Lol.
