Since I've only done BJJ and 10P for 3 months now, I stay getting crushed, but every day is getting a little better. Thanks for giving me a tool to use to make life on the bottom a little easier to manage!

THANK YOU!!!! I just started BJJ and (as a big dude myself 5’11 210lbs and a bodybuilder) kept getting crushed by guys my size, this made all the difference when I pulled up to class, love the channel❤

This is awesome, the full second lesson "lesson 2: kickstand" from your free course. I watched all four of the videos in that series series and they are powerful sleepers. They don't look like much is happening, and I was skeptical but I tried the concepts and the subtle postural concepts that aren't apparent unless you are taught them made a big difference in how much muscle I had to put in to maintain good frames. Thanks!

This saved my ribs on beefy 🥩 Mondays with those 230+lbs guys. Eventually it lead to slick escapes because they might over commit. Love the kick-stand! Also, I see you “bothering,” Jake’s head, which gives me a sense of control on where to adjust the kick-stand. As always, good stuff BMac!

Thank you for this. Been on a mission to understand and perfect my bottom side frames and escapes since getting my brown belt a while back.

Great 👍🏼 stuff - it looks like the main places you might be vulnerable would be flattening you out pushing you backwards because your post is to the side or taking your back (in the live roll); however, I get that you are adjusting based on where you feel the pressure/invisible Jiu jitsu…❤

Just what I was looking for. Spent some time getting squished last night lol ne’er a much heavier opponent. This will help! Fingers crossed

Why use a smaller and weaker person while doing a demonstration on being crushed and smothered? A bigger stronger opponent would show the technique in action.

Her small frame makes it easier to see where his limbs are. Remember: it’s just a demo.

What do you do when the opponent on top is in mount, and has there legs hooking your? At my school we call it "Super Man".

Pummel with your legs. Get one inside and flatten it to the floor. Recover to half on that side

Pretty good 👍🏾 but maybe a 250 pound guy on top would really show it’s effectiveness
