Why is it dangerous? Is it something to do with no ventilation and carbon monoxide poisoning? Either way looks nice and sweeping, would love to hear the bike flying through it.
It was dangerous for motorcyclists before the reconstruction (for more than 10 years) because of the constant water leaking from the ceiling, making the asphalt very slippery. Instead of immediate reconstruction, they just made longitudinal scratches on the road which made things even worse for us. Beides that, the tunnel was too narrow, hence it was hard for trucks and busses to pass each other by from the opposite direction. Just imagine waiting for 3-4 minutes behind some truck, breathing carbon monoxide in... Horror! ;)
