I'm new to Johnny Marr - where have I been? He's the legend that everyone else knew about but me. He's my new favorite guitarist - absolutely love him. I like him more than Eric Clapton even. Even though I love the songwriting of Lennon/McCartney, I think I like the actual playing and finesse of Johnny Marr more.

Was at the gig and have the song from another angle...great moment
I saw Neil Young two days ago. I was in a shop before the gig and I saw a muso looking guy at the ATM. He was all in black with a power pack on his belt. I joked that he might sneak me in and he just smiled. Turns out he was Neil Young's guitar tech.
He was onstage swapping out guitars all through the show.
Jesus, I wished I'd shook his hand just so I could say I shook the hand that has handled some of the world's most iconic guitars.

Obviously he dyes his hair but Johnny still looks so young. A vegan diet and sobriety? He's a good advert for it.
