great news -- Boise real estate huge price drops are backk as property not selling especially in the 550-750K range
Thanks for watching! I'll address this more on my next market update. Single story homes in that price range are still selling quite quickly if they show well and are priced correctly. Two story homes are taking longer...but this home is pending. It took 20 days to go pending, which is about 15-20 days faster than the average for 2 story homes this size and price point in this area, especially when the primary bedroom is upstairs. So yes, 2 story homes in that price point are taking much longer to sell, and if someone over prices it and/or doesn't prepare it and market it right, they will have to take a huge price reduction...but with proper preparation, proper pricing from the get go, and proper marketing, these homes are still selling in reasonable amount of time and without huge reductions!
