Simple advice: If you have spinal stenosis, follow Bob's video's. I've gone from only being able to get out of bed after stretching in bed for an hour covered in ice packs, not being able to walk down stairs, etc., to jogging, biking, and living a regular life again. Took 7 months and doing exercises/stretches including Bob's almost every day. Very painful the first couple of months, but I now have my life back.

Keyhole decompression surgury was my solution after 6 months of PT.

@@bobthephysioThank you! Nearly all the pain, except occasional arthritis and stiffness, is gone. Previous back problems were able to be corrected with PT and allowed me to put the surgury off for probably 10 years.

Thanks dr ..What exercises you suggest for a 50 yr old woman with spondylolisthesis grade 1 and lumbar scoliosis convex to the right cobbs angle 14 degree . Along with knock knees with right knee leaning towards left..pls suggest spondylolisthesis grade 1 in such scenarios...the physio therapists i go to just focus on either the knees or the spine depending on insurance and i find no relief..

Do you need MRI or with the symptoms you can analyse the issue

MRI is not necessary, we can get you started without MRI. Bob

Get an MRI. It narrowed down what my issues were/are and uncovered other things such as a spinal cyst.
