For this recipe, you will need:
🔸 Ingredients:
- 1½ lb Tongtongbay Frozen Small Octopus
- 1 cup Coarse Sea Salt, for cleaning
- 4 cups Water
- ½ tbsp Sea Salt
- 1⁄3 cup Cooking Oil
- 3 1⁄8 oz Scallions, for frying
- 17⁄8 oz Carrot
- 1 Green Chili Pepper
- 1 Red Chili Pepper
- 5½ oz Onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Plain Somyeon Noodles
🔸 Marinade
- 2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1½ tbsp Garlic, minced
- 3½ tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder

- 1 Scallion, chopped
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- Red Peppers, sliced
