Hi! The cake still needs to be baked so no, this is not a no-bake recipe. Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. 😊
i think it’s better if the cake was poked using toothpick before pouring over the chocolate pudding. any thoughts?
Hello! Yes, we tested the doneness of the cake before it was removed from the oven. :) Thanks for watching our videos. :)
I think She is suggesting to poke a lot of holes on the cake so that the chocolate will soak through the cake :D
This is like "OMG chocolate cake by Jen" for sure yummy din to😍
tulad nung sa le sucre lab 😊
Anong size ng tin can?
Hello! This is a 6-inch can. Thanks for watching our videos. Visit us again soon! 😊

Hi! It is! We hope you try the recipe and enjoy the cake. Thanks for watching our video and visiting our channel. 😊
Hii! After adding the chocolate pudding, should i chill it kn the fridge becore adding the ganache?
Hi! No need. You can just let it cool at room temperature. Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)
I am a fan of Yummy Magazine PH. I hope you sliced the cake in this video so that we can see how it looks like from the inside therefore giving us an idea what to expect when we bake this ourselves. I hope going forward you do this in your upcoming videos. More power and God bless.
Hello! Thanks for the feedback. If you watch from the very beginning, around 0:00 until 0:02, you'll see that this isn't a cake meant to be sliced. It's a cake meant to be spooned out of the can. We think it's a fantastic way to share it! :) Thanks for watching our videos. :)
Levi Candelaria if you are looking for a sign that it is properly baked then just poke the cake with a toothpick, pull it up and if the toothpick is dry then you are done baking :)
Can i use evap instead of fresh milk?
Should i put this in the ref before selling them?
Hi! You can but you might want to dilute it first. You should although we suggest this be consumed within 3 days. Good luck! Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)

Pwd ba siyang lagay sa lalagyanan nf cheese cake?
What brand of cocoa did you use?
Hello! For this recipe, we used a Dutch-processed or alkalinized cocoa powder. :) Thanks for watching our videos. :)
Is it safe to bake on the tin can?
Ahh okay so I can bake directly sa tin can. Pwede sya oven.
Hi! We sourced these from a baking supply store. :) Thanks for watching our videos. :)
The question here is saan makakakahua ng tin can aside from baking supply stores. Any alternative?
shopee, or you can also use Aluminum pan meron sa palengke nun
Yey my favorite dream cake
Hi' can I still use a reused tin can for baking? I bought a cake before in a tin can and I wonder if I can still use it again ...
Hi! We have not tested cans but you can try. :) Good luck! Thanks for watching our videos. :)
Thanks for a reply. 😉
OMG. It is not safe to bake directly in tin cans as it releases harmful/toxic chemicals when heated. You should consider re-making this video.
Mark Navasca actually some businesses do that, they bake directly from the can
Ok. I just think that it's better be safe than sorry. Anyway, I personally won't eat anything baked directly from those cans.
Those are baking tin cans
@@shiroyashaasdf330 No, actually they are regular tin cans that other foods came in. You just remove the labels (after using the food that came in them), then wash them well.
A great recipe is very important for good dishes.
Hi! Indeed. ^_^ Thanks for watching our videos. :)
Can we steam it instead of using the oven?
Hi! We haven't tested this recipe in a steamer but you can try. :) Thanks for watching our videos. :)
Can we take the cake out if baking in tin can?
Hello! Baking cakes in tin cans are not meant to be removed from the tin. These are usually served and eaten in the tin, so no. What you can do is line this with parchment paper or even foil so you can remove it afterwards if desired. Please note that tin cans are not meant to be a replace of regular cake pans. Tin cans are usually meant for single use only. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching our videos. :)
Where did you find for tin cans that are adorable to make few Bach of this cake?
Hi! Try baking supply stores. :) Good luck! Thanks for watching our video. :)
@@yummyph hi po ilan tin cans po kaya magagawa nato?

Hi! If you're referring to melting the chocolate for the ganache, you can melt the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over gently simmering water until completely melted. :) Thanks for watching our videos. :)

Are all cake tins safe for baking?
Hello! This tin was purchased in a baking supply store for this purpose. We suggest you do the same. :) Thanks for watching our videos. :)
i asked one famous baking supply store and they said it's not recommended to bake it in tin cans since the cans are only coated.
can we steam the cake?
Hi! For this recipe, we didn't test it in a steamer but you can certainly try. :) Thanks for watching our videos. :)

Tried this recipe and was disappointed. Will try the no bake next time.
Hi! We're sorry to hear that. :( Hope you will try our other recipes which we think are quite good. :) Thanks for trying out the recipe and for watching our videos, too. :)
Thank you for the reply. Will definitely watch out for more of your baking videos. I like trying out new recipes.
na try ko po ito, pero yung pudding ko po nag mi-melt bakit po kaya?
Hello! The pudding is actually very soft. It's not meant to be hard. :) If you want the cracking chocolate shard on top before sprinkling with cocoa powder, melt dark or milk chocolate in the microwave and pour that over the still hot pudding. Spread it over the pudding as needed then let it harden before sprinkling with cocoa powder. :) Thanks for watching our videos. :)
wala na po bang cream if i mix po yung chocolate sa pudding po? salamat po!
Kaya medyo mahal ang dreamcake is dahil sa lalagyan
Can you do a no bake next time? xD Thanks for this~ Needed something to think of to give for the holidays! :)
Hi! Ooooo... great idea! Will suggest! Thanks for watching our videos. :)
Tried this now but 6 inches tin can is too small it overflows.
Hi! It may do that if your can is not very tall. You can fill the can up to 3/4 full to avoid overflowing. :) Hope it was delicious nonetheless. Thanks for watching our video. :)
Hi, how tall should the can be? How many inches? Thank you!
Where can you buy the tin can?
Yes, how high should the tin can be?

Hi! When cakes dome, it's usually because the heat is too high. You can drop your temperature to 325 degrees F or even 300 to get a more even bake but it will take longer to bake through. Good luck! Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)
😋😋😋
if i want a chocolate disc sa top, what chocolate brand should i buy? i tried goya easy melt but it wont melt at all
Hello! You should melt the chocolate before adding to the tin. Here's how to do it on the stove: www.yummy.ph/lessons/cooking/how-to-melt-chocolate-with-a-double-boiler-video. You can also melt it in the microwave. Just make sure you stir in between each heating so it doesn't burn. :) Good luck and thanks for watching our videos. :)

Hello! You can but we haven't tested this recipe using oil. You may want to consult this when you do: www.yummy.ph/lessons/baking/oil-substitute-for-butter-in-baking. Thanks for watching our videos! :)

hi, i want to ask... i don't have microwave any subsitute to make chocolate ganache? please help
Double broiler mo po.
Hi! Yes, you can make a double boiler. All you need is a small pot and a heat-proof bowl which fits on top of the pot like a lid. Heat about 1 inch of water in the pot and once it comes to a boil, place your bowl of chocolate and cream on top. Let the steam melt the chocolate and heat up the cream. :) Thanks for watching our video and we hope you try it! :)
Hi! Whats the height of the tin can used in this video? and also - did you fill the tin with all those batter? Thank you! Will make this by weekend :)
Hi! This one was around 3 inches high. No, we didn't as the original recipe needed a higher can. You may need to adjust the amount of batter added to your can. :) Thanks for watching our video. :)

Can I just steam it? It would’ve been better if you slices it after it was fully chilled. I wanted to see what the final texture of the cake is.
