This project is beyond mind-boggling! I was wondering, will the gas sold to customers pay for the construction of the Ormond Lang pipeline? It doesn't seem possible that construction costs will be recouped through the gas sales.
It's take years to getback the money. But government need to meet the needs of the people. And the government already figure out how to get back the money. They don't do any project if there is noway to get back the money and gain profit.
