I don't understand how you're experiencing schadenfreude. Of the few I've seen so far, they all seem delighted to interact with someone who has no idea who they are.

I love this. It took me a moment to recognize Julie Bowen, even though I’ve watched the series from the beginning. She looks kind of different, but I recognized her voice and speech pattern before I figured out who she was and where I know her from. I didn’t know her name though, strangely.
