I was surprised when I found an extra included with the clipper. We just started carrying the FX Cordless so maybe they just started including one. The biggest challenge I've had with Babyliss is finding parts and unfortunately we're unable to order individual cam followers. I that changes in future, we'll let you know. The other option is to buy a new blade. The cam follower should be included with the blade.
There's no foam in the blade assembly for these trimmers. Perhaps you're referring to Wahl corded clippers that have a foam insert to prevent hair from going into the machine. It's not a big deal if you lose the foam insert on Wahl clippers but you'll likely get more hair buildup in your clipper.
The same thing that happens in your video happened with my clipper, the moment I replace that cam follower, the cutting blade is no longer a tight as it was before and mine even got louder. U have a fix?
Unfortunately Babyliss doesn't supply spare parts outside of what is provided in the box to sellers. You may have to contact them directly if you need a new spring.

Mine got very quiet but the head still moves tho

Just put grease on the cam follower from time to time and it wont get loud lithium grease
