Hello 👋! It is mee Andrej. One important note...During the installation cables doo not need too bee twisted around. The stick is assembled with two M1,4 screws ( 1,3 hex required), if wee put out this two screws wee are able too disassemble stick. So in this case wee first attach bottom part of the stick, set the right rotation and elevation and after that wee pull cables thru. And than wee assemble back together. Soo noo twisting needed “ Pice of cake”
NOW you tell me!! :) I couldn't get it to sit down on the threaded part of the existing stick and thats why I thought I had to be screwed down on there. IT is also how it felt, like it grabbed the threads of the existing stick so I thought it was just threaded.
Hello I am transitioning to Jeti for my helicopter and I’m wondering if you still love your jeti after a few years of flying with it? I’m trying to figure out which model would work best for me as I am paralyzed chest down. I’m currently using the ix20 which has switches that can be easily moved when I have it in my lap. Can the DC 24 have the switches changed out as needed? Do I have to fly with the pinch method when I use the DC 24? I prefer to use the thumb method I like the idea of the DC 24 being flat in my lap with all the switches upfront, but I’m concerned that I won’t be able to fly with my thumbs the way I learned any advice?
Yeah, the DC won’t be able to be flown thumbs. The sticks are more inside from the edge than the DS. Though there are a bunch of sliders and switches on the back side of the DS that you can utilize flying thumbs. And yes, you can move switches and change them out for different ones. I’ve got a couple of 3 position where there used to be 2 position. I would say, if you fly thumbs, go with the DS. But in your situation, I would think the DC would do you better. Might have to find someone with a DC to try it out before making the jump. And I do love mine!!!
It snaps into place. There is a spot that it plugs into along with the wires that have another plug that goes into another spot . Don’t have to tape it at all. Pretty strong clips that hold it in.
we always take that chance of dumb thumbing anything!! at least this way I'll do it in style!! AAAAND....the flaming 500 flew right after it went it so all was good!!!
Andrej is a great guy... he came up with more than just one "invention" in the RC field... but the sticks are one of the best...
awesome. one of the coolest Jeti features I think
Don't you just love this hobby!

Hello
I am transitioning to Jeti for my helicopter and I’m wondering if you still love your jeti after a few years of flying with it?
I’m trying to figure out which model would work best for me as I am paralyzed chest down.
I’m currently using the ix20 which has switches that can be easily moved when I have it in my lap.
Can the DC 24 have the switches changed out as needed?
Do I have to fly with the pinch method when I use the DC 24?
I prefer to use the thumb method
I like the idea of the DC 24 being flat in my lap with all the switches upfront, but I’m concerned that I won’t be able to fly with my thumbs the way I learned any advice?

How did you fix the little board
to the Jeti, double sided foam tape?
It snaps into place. There is a spot that it plugs into along with the wires that have another plug that goes into another spot . Don’t have to tape it at all. Pretty strong clips that hold it in.
Got it, thanks
man. I need to teach you how to solder. lol
whatchewtalkinabout willis?!
just remember dumb thunbing the 500 into the tree from a switch. ..I don't know if I'd mod my brand new radio...
