Very good video. Felpro 13 is nice for pro use. It is a 1 or 2 handed design and I have really used 2 hands. The aluminum frame hand pruners are all nice however I recommend that apprentice level workers buy a fully forged steel pruner. If left on the ground on any sort of fulcrum the aluminum pruners can snap if someone would step on them. Until a worker learns to put his pruners back into the sheath as a matter of habit it might be best. There is a difference in the best brands vs the cheaper copies.
I use some cheap diamond knife sharpening stones. A 240 grit and a 600 to finish off, although you probably don't need the second one. If you use them on bypass secateurs don't forget to get rid of any burrs on the flat side.

I purchased some Anvil’s from you about a year ago. They are my absolute favourite to prune with. I now need to buy the larger size ones too
