This was awesome, didn’t want to do this today but once i started it was awesome, loved the last circuit, the press/leg raises omg 🔥 in the core. Thanks Amy so good as always, we appreciate the time you put in so we can just work hard without thinking about circuit.

Hopefully next time when you combine men and women in the same event you will cover the women too. The 5K coverage was just horrible.
