When I studied eastern philosophy after gnosticism, it really clicked that the demiurge concept is describing what we might now call the ego... the thoughts and self-image that forms around the belief that "I am separate". So yes, when our own consciousness (which in reality is one with everything) has created a self image of "I am separate" then we are basically in the same boat as the demiurge. Our ego/separate-self-concept is the demiurge. A "false God" that is confused about its origin, and is unreal, just like the ego. Solipsism, a sense of separation from Truth or reality (of oneness with all that is or "The Father" which is our true consciousness), "living in own's own head", etc.
It seems like the gnostics were describing the same thing as the yogis, but hiding it in deep allegories and mythology. Sophia is realizations and understandings that free the consciousness from its self-made prison. The yogis call it jnana yoga, the yoga of knowledge. To go within and love Truth, love the God heart, correct misperceptions through gnosis, is philo (love of) Sophia, or philosophy. :)

BINGO. I spent my adult life as a staunch atheist and then believed in God (not Abraham's God, or Christ, though) for about 5 years after a series of epiphanies. It was great at first. But as time went on, I began to notice my God was very similar to how I saw myself.
My God wasn't omnipotent wither by necessity, or choice, so I couldn't rely on it for help. The knowledge I needed "was not meant for me at that time" so, I couldn't learn from God. Even though there was sooo much I NEEDED help with and that I NEEDED to understand to have any hope of help.
After time, I started questioning whether God was really jist my subcoscious that I had slapped a new label on. But I NEEDED to believe in God. I NEEDED that hope, that chance for salvation. Even if impotent. So, I held onto those beliefs for all I could.
Then last night during my usually lamentations, I'd finally had enough. It hit me how much I'd been abused and even gaslit, among other things, by whatever this was. God, my subcoscious, or what have you and just outright, said all of the things I'd always been thinking to whatever this is. "Fuck you. You're nothing but and insecure, abusive, haslighting little nothing etc, I'll spare you the details.
But even now, I find myself wanting to pray for help just out of habit. I'm OCD, so prayer quickly became my response to anxiety. With OCD, you get anxiety thay builda as you obsess over something, then you perform some act or compulsion to relieve that anxiety. So, I fell into that pattern and it all fed into my OCD.
Ultimately thougj, I realized and finally.last night accepted it was all in my head and God was just my aubconscious. And that's the easy part. Now for the hard part ofnundoing all of the damage and shoving it all back into pandora's box.

Who you are on earth is a false identity, a second identity that was formed. Finding your original identity is what you need to do. That is what knowledge is, the desire to know more is because you know you're not this false person with a false name. Someone with the power to see the future told me this years ago. I'm not who I think I am. This earthly life has reflected demiurge PERFECTLY. Really struggling with the fact I might actually be the demiurge. I noticed things through the years as I have been studying the occult a long time now. 15 years of my 29 years. When I was a child I used to transform when endangered physically, but more emotionally and mentally. A voice from deep within "help". My body would burn like an oven and my eyes would turn pure black. A few times, I even lost consciousness and my eyes turned dragon eyes, glowing fire orange. And a voice from me spoke. And sometimes yes killed people, they threatened me first. Apulu, Apollo. Was what I said when asked my name. And "you will never have the power of heaven". But in 2017 Kundalini broke through, my vision went out and come through like a tv screen going on and off. My body was glowing a golden energy. Phoebe upon waking. Aethon brand on my chest. And HLL in my shoulder, which turned into a uraeus. Plus whatever my subconscious dictates through primal emotions, that's what humanity does. Like I'm their king or something I thought. Ant theory.

@@bomcstoots1 - The Demiurge is not a physical human - it's the composite group of Entities that rule over the material world - primarily the Elohim - which are the nine Sumerian Elder gods and Yaldaboath is its Satanic Head. They are part of the greater Anunnaki group.
However, The Demiurge's destroyer is - Jesus ( which means "Hail Zeus" ) who comes down as "The Antichrist" ( meaning " in place of [ the biblical ] Christ " ) and "Kalki Avatar." Lord Krishna, who is this Kalki Avatar also the Logos-Lucifer and Zeus "the father of the gods," who incarnates onto Earth as a literal man, to wipe out the Demiurge and Humanity - all on his own without an army.
He does not need an army because he is the real Godhead, who has all power and authority at his disposal.

I never understood how the foolish gnostics could come to the conclusion that it was Ialdabaoth who was evil (1:20). If he was created from ignorance and then cast away by Sophia, it was by extension her evil that caused all suffering.
But Ialdabaoth is not real. It is a contortion of the True God of Scripture, who makes much more sense. But the gnostics could not fathom how a God of love could also display Jealousy towards his beloved ones; or how that same God had WRATH stored up for his enemies.
They wanted a cozy God you can stuff into a box when you have had your fill. Sadly. Such people will pay the price on April 7th/8th.
