Thanks for the review it looks nice. As we seen this year its going to come down to the price, if at a dealer its going to cost close to 70-100k, I think they will be sitting a long time. Also need to wait to see how efficient they will be.

Google OS is better then Android Auto so I rather take that instead. This is a nice car but I would get the SS if I do get one. I'm a Honda/Acura fan though so I rather take their versions instead. Just the interior styling and stuff is what I'm a fan of.

For GM to claim safety is the issue regarding the lack of CarPlay and Android Auto integration is really the test of how gullible they believe their customers are. If they're having such problems with integrations they should call up Hyundai/Kia. When Tim Babbit, GMs engineer responsible was quizzed to back up his assertion with data and studies, he couldn't. It's a money play through and through, tough to support such a company. Thanks for the review, as always, great content and appreciated!

My dad has a lyriq and that car is so glitchy. It’s the worst software ever. The only saving grace is that we use CarPlay 99% of the time.

Having worked in a GM plant as an IT tech for a one time GM owned company, GM doesn't do what's right, they do what they feel will fill their pockets(at every level). Integration, reliability, quality be damned. If someone can move up within the organization (at every level) they will do whatever it takes no matter what else is sacrificed. It's the reason GM fails so many times. PS if you can research the VIN of any GM vehicle before buying it. If it was assembled on a Friday do NOT buy it. subscription needed for the system? No way! GM is a pit of snakes.

    This or EV 9 ?

For me it would be EV9 mainly for third row which can be handy, faster charging and I’m still not sure I want to lose my CarPlay yet.

If it’s bouncy in San Diego, what will it ride like here in the North East suburb cities that the roads haven’t seen replacement in over 25 years. Worst roads in the country.
