    You girls are so entertaining to watch, keep up the good work.
    I've had 4 eye surgerys, my wisdom teeth removed and a cyst removed from my cheek.
    When I was 4 it was described I was legally blind due to dislocated lenses and around 8 and 9 I had my lenses remove and replaced so I could see. Unfortunately on 1 of my eyes the Stitches caused a bubble so at 11 I had surgery to remove the bubble (the bubble didn't affect my sight it was just a cosmetic thing). Then at age 27 one of the lenses started moving, we knew it was a risk having the original surgerys so young. Worst part of eye surgery is getting the Stitches removed from your eye while fully awake, having to keep your eyes open as the doctor is bringing a sharp object towards your eye is scary.
    Then at 28 I developed a lump on my cheek, doctors couldn't work out what it was after a cat scan, an ultrasound, or a needle guided biopsy, which lead me to having surgery as the only thing the doctor could tell me is if it stayed it could become cancerous. A week after surgery I was told it was a benign cyst.
    Fingers crossed no more surgerys for a loooong time.

    When I had my tonsils out, they specifically told me not to look in the back of my throat (which as a nurse now, doesn't make sense but i was 18). Of course, the first thing I did when I got home was grab a flashlight and head to the bathroom to have a look😂😂 It was so disgusting.

    I knew what my loud neighbors were doing... The cops were called (not by me because the loud neighbors were my family) and it was HUGE Domestic stuff but my mom didn't want to call the cops on my brother... He's gotten better as far as I know ... We moved... But like it was Bad like I had to send my husband over to make sure everyone was ok afterwards bad like my brother was hauled off to a hospital because he punched threw a van window bad... I say next time call the authorities just in case because you never know... idk I grew up in a verbally abusive home and I wish people would have called the cops a couple times... it's scary especially when it gets physical.
    Its was weird when I moved in with my husband I felt like something was wrong for a Long Time because it was so quiet lol now I just sit and enjoy the silence every morning until my kids wake up and get home from school lol

      I've heard about the harm potential of the police interfering in DV in the wrong way so I usually will suck up my conflict aversion and go check on them myself, but the one time, first time actually that I had to do it it really made a huge difference so I got that validation to keep doing it that way. I swear this couple knocked over a full ass bookshelf, I knocked and asked if everyone was ok, and then said so they could both hear, that I would 100% hear if anyone ever got hurt and that I was ALWAYS home, and either could come to my door for any reason at any time, and nothing ever happened again. They probably were embarrassed, I was embarrassed, but whoever was the most dangerous (truly I do not know who knocked over furniture, both were yelling) clearly heard the message that they'd gone too far, and there was never a bang, crash, etc again and we stayed in that unit with those neighbors at least another year. Other times it has NOT been so effective at lowering the intensity of other neighbors' fights but at least my neighbors always know I'm listening and not afraid of speaking up, so part of them knows not to take it too far at the very least. Because I will hear y'all and I will snitch for sure.

    • @countessa222
      @countessa222 3 года назад

      @@jn819 in my case it was different because my neighbors were my mom her bf and my brother, I never called the police on them but their neighbors did only after my brother was screaming that he wanted to die and was trying to seriously harm himself outside... However the police have definitely interfered in their personal business and came inside their house with out permission before and my brother was tased inside of his own home so that's why I never personally called the police because I knew he had a beef with a certain officer granted my brother built his own bad reputation I just choose not to interfere with it... I live in a house so I try to keep to myself and usually don't hear any fighting unless someone is yelling at the bar down the block lol ... I live in a small town 😅 so naturally anytime anything happens with anyone everyone knows lol

    • @countessa222
      @countessa222 3 года назад

      Another reason I don't tend to call police is because anytime I've heard of the police being called on a domestic violence complaint their response to the call when they get there is sorry there's nothing we can do about it unless we have proof... generally around here the police don't really care to do anything until it's too late

    I am from a small town. When I had to get my wisdom teeth removed they were very impacted and I ended up with 4 dry sockets so I had to keep going in like every day for 2 weeks. Well day of I told the doc and all the nurses and my mom I was sexy and the sexiest patient. Well turns out my wisdom teeth were so impacted my doctor hurt his shoulder bad enough to have to go to physical therapy, well I was going there for my back and the doctor was like it was her she did this to me

    I had my wisdom teeth taken out 6ish years ago. I was so nervous for a procedure that lasted less than 10 minutes including getting numbed. I had an emergency tooth extraction because I had immense pain about 4 years ago. Those are the only surgeries I had. I have had broken bones in my childhood, but never had to have surgery.

    I just had surgery # 23 Oct 8th and 18 have been for my back . I have had 3 back surgeries this year. I had a smaller surgery for my back where I was going to be drowsy but not fully asleep so they could implant a neuro stimulator which means a battery in my like love handle area, and wires on my spinal cord. Well my IV blew as I was getting on the table and then they gave me the meds to make me lucid but not wide awake and I was like sh** that burned a lot and the doc says that's normal and then they got started and that's when i realized something was wrong because i was wide awake and felt everything like my doc numbed the area before cutting but i could feel him just shoving the wires in and I was like it hurts a lot so they gave me a shot of pain meds and again i didnt feel better but it's only like 20 mins so I just focused on breathing . Then i went home and I told my husband that i felt everything and about 3 hours later when all the meds were absorbed through the muscle instead of vein I zonked out for like 4 hours best nap of my life. And I would say yes Jos it's either good or bad I've had both but mostly good, I've had so many surgeries because my immune system started attacking the surgical sites and ruined what was fixed, like my immune system destroyed my 1st fusion by basically eating and dissolving the bone stuff they put in so it couldn't fuse my body ate too much
    Edit* btw I had my 1st surgery 18 years ago

    I have genetically bad teeth and lyme disease so I have a mouth full of cavities and a single root canal. I had 4 very impacted wisdom teeth and they gassed me a lot because my anesthesia IV wasn't working. I was just really spacey and kept falling back asleep even in recovery. It's a flyweight too.
    I nearly had to get surgery on my ovary and my kidneys in 2019...I had to have like 6 ultrasounds. I had a lot of hope for 2020 and well that was shortlived. I have lyme so sometimes I get weird medical problems.

    It is possible for tonsils to partially grow back. During a tonsillectomy, most of the tonsils are removed. However, some tissue often remains, so tonsils occasionally can regenerate (regrow) - although they probably won’t grow back completely or to their original size.

    About kids going trick or treating. We used to go and my mom would triple check our candy to make sure they weren't tampered with. My husband and I have talked about if we have kids would we let them trick or treat. Before it was for sure because its fun for them, however, because of covid...we are now on the same page of just doing a fun haunted scavenger hunt in our house and backyard. Its safe, there will be money, candy, and toys. I think that would be a lot more fun than just trick or treating to strangers houses.
