I wish Felix and Calhoun got more screen time with that subplot of them trying to raise the racers. It would have been fun to see, especially since they were a big part in the first movie. It'd help balance the movie than just focusing on Ralph and Vanellope.
I do wish they got to come along on the adventure like in earlier drafts. It would've been great to see Ralph, Vanellope, Felix, and Calhoun all interacting and developing relationships with each other, since we didn't get to see the two pairs cross paths until the ending/epilogue of the first film. For me the racer plot would've been better than nothing I guess (as long as it was handled well), but I'm not a fan of the "married couple has to play a parent role just because they're married" thing, I feel like it would've just reduced them to sitcom character roles that didn't fit them.

Felix and Calhoun deserved more screen time to flesh out their dynamic. In the 2 scenes we got it feels like they were roughly about the same person. (Which of course together you grow as people but I feel they should’ve had more dynamic to bounce off of each other like in the first movie.) These storyboards we got of them would’ve been perfect. They have a good amount of flair that’s very charming. (Of course, this is coming from someone who never actually bothered watching the sequel because I just had a gut feeling it would be bad but everyone seems to be agreeing that they should’ve had more.)
This movie would have been more entertaining with these deleted scenes. Heck the last deleted scene in this video should have been the premise, with all those characters going to find Qbert. That would have been a lot more interesting
well these characters in general are cameos, they were never intended to take an important role, at most they could be secondary characters or for super short scenes but I will be honest if the princesses were a simple cameo that is worth nothing, what prevents them from having a longer cameo? If they changed the princesses for video game characters I wouldn't complain XD

I love the seemingly scrapped idea of all of them going to the internet but the second scene makes it seem like ralph doesn't care about q-bert and the tangent he goes on about velcro straps or whatever just strays from the dialogue and seems more like comedy filler. Also, I don't want to seem even more nitpicky but when they pray they don't even mention Vanellope in the first scene, which also makes it seem like they only care about ralph...
It would have been interesting if Sonic had gone with them, from what he mentioned at the beginning of the movie he knew what the internet was. He may well have helped them.
When they prayed to God they don't know that Ralph nearly died over his insecurity so if Ralph died and they figure that he never returned back from the internet they're lives would be a total nightmare

He's a cameo character and isn't important, he was only in this one scene because he was part of the crowd watching the router being plugged in. There are tons of interviews with the crew out there where they talk about earlier drafts, ideas, etc. and they're clear that they don't give cameos major roles because it overshadows the important characters (that's why Mario wasn't in the first movie, contrary to the "he's too expensive" rumor that started from a joke John C. Whats really disappointing is the exclusion of actual main characters like Felix and Calhoun (who just had a babysitting plot and then even *that* was cut last minute). They got nothing for 6 years - hardly even basic merchandise - and then got less screentime than virtual avatars of Disney cameos who didn't even belong in the movie. It's no wonder the director Rich Moore left Disney afterwards.

I don’t know if the music was added as extra for these bonus scenes, but the music playing while Qbert returned from the internet reminded me so much of WALL·E. It makes me think that in the same way Space was this vast, beautiful, and terrifying that they are using that music to compare the internet in this case to how Space was in WALL·E. Which honestly just made me think of how doing something like that is a much better way to appeal to fans rather than what we actually got with this movie or even the Wish movie. Something small like music, to invoke a similar feeling in us or say that the characters feel in that way just makes that scene so much better.
So not only did we get more screen time with Calhoun, Felix, the Sugar Rush racers, Sonic, and Q*Bert, character development on Mary, but Ralph actually acts like himself from the first movie???? I'm so fucking angry I hate the final product so much

No you didn't. This wasn't going to be a Sonic movie, he was just in this one scene because he was standing next to the important characters when the router was plugged in. There are already 2-3 Sonic movies and tons of merch but Wreck-It Ralph hardly got anything after the first film. We lost a whole movie that would've actually let Ralph, Vanellope, Felix, and Calhoun interact and get development instead of being a cameo-fest of characters who already have their own content.

Aw why'd they make Ralph a jerk here? He totally cared about Qbert in the first movie, it was his idea to give them homes in his game.
That first scene with Felix and Calhoun was funnier than the actual movie. I’m not surprised they cut it. Just one of the many bad decisions during the making of this film.

The scene with Qvert going through the Internet and going insane and saying "everything" can be a reference to Stephen King's novel "The Jaunt".

No you didn't. This wasn't going to be a Sonic movie, he was just in this one scene because he was standing next to the important characters when the router was plugged in. There are already 2-3 Sonic movies and tons of merch but Wreck-It Ralph hardly got anything after the first film.
We lost a whole movie that would've actually let Ralph, Vanellope, Felix, and Calhoun interact and get development instead of being a cameo-fest of characters who already have their own content.
The last scene has a scary feeling.

All four of them (Ralph, Vanellope, Felix, and Calhoun) helped each other/contributed in the first movie, it wasn't one person doing everything
I really wished the movies focused more on the world of the arcade games then making Ralph the absolute worst.
I'm being completely honest the movie Would've have been at least a little better if they at least kept these scenes in here. we get more scenes with Felix and Calhoun who were only in the beginning and end of the movie, and it makes me so upset that we didn't get to see this.
