Lexus (Toyota) will immediately address and correct any defect in their vehicles. BMW, on the other hand, has known for years they are producing throw-away garbage. Yet they continue, and have proven, to do so. But don't tell the BMW fan bois, always at the ready to praise those steaming hot piles. But let's give German engineers a shout out! They do know how to polish a turd!

As a car enthusiast, I really appreciate this channel.
Also: My friend bought an Audi A4 that consumed excess oil and he replaced the entire engine at 100 000kms / 60 000 miles. 😮
My other friend bought an Eco Sport and it was always at the dealership for engine malfunctions. 😮
I had a 2.0L Beemer, it was 2012 and it's pulleys got loose which loosened the timing and ultimately led to me trading it in. 😮
My brother after I warned him bought a Beemer 2.0L and it had so many problems under the bonnet that he had to sell it after 3 years. 😮
Same friend mentioned with the Audi A4 also owned a Golf TDI who's cylinder head cracked, the oil cooler failed and turbo blew all within 2 months. IMMEDIATELY after fixing all the above, the crank shaft shot through the engine block and Kaboom went the entire engine. 😮😂 We had a beer over it. 🍻
He finally bought a Toyota after seeing me get an Isuzu. 😅

Not only the N63 twin turbo V8 had serious overheating problems and timing chain problems but they also had some rod bearing problems too compared to the N62 naturally aspirated V8 that didn't had those super crazy problems. The only horrible issues you had to deal with on the N62 V8 is number 1 biggest problem the OEM coolant transfer pipe leaking around 40,000 miles so fast and the screwed up PCV valves and hoses and horrible lack of oil changes which is what causes the valve stem seals to go bad over 5 or 6 years old or over 80,000 miles.

Only time will tell, but mechanics say that if you change the transmission fluid and both filters every 20,000-30,000 miles, Nissan CVT transmissions will be okay. (We are not talking about a flush here.) You must change both filters, especially the one in the pan that catches (with a magnet) the metal shards that accumulate. Leave the dirty fluid in and you will have a problem. Again, only time will tell for me. I needed a car in February, and I did not have much choice. Thus far, I like my Kicks. I have not had any problems. I plan on changing the transmission fluid every 20,000 miles. My latest high for gas mileage was 44 MPG on the expressway.

Before childishly ranting and swinging the camera around everywhere, go to a GM, Ford or Chrysler dealer and check out their automobiles, then come back and look at BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar etc. to compare. Why they have no fix for it still and I have to continue to drive around in a vehicle that is definitely unsafe due to possible shrapnel being driven through me in an accident. I guess that’s part of corporate policing themselves. They should be required to provide a rentals to every owner of these brands till a fix is in…. Absolutely irresponsible and wreck-less on GM’s part….
Someone needs to do a video on this and pressure them until they correct this…

Have watched a few of your videos, and it tells me that German, Japanese, Korean, American, Swedish, and British vehicles are unreliable. Well, what's left? French and Italian? I'm thinking about it now, I read an article where independent reliability and customer satisfaction studies were done on many different vehicle manufacturers, and I was shocked to find out that Alfa-Romeo (known for unreliable brand in the past) recently received a higher reliability and customer satisfaction score than its German rivals like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi, many Japanese manufacturers were also lower down the list. Guess Americans don't really buy Italian or French cars, or they're not really available out there (except exotic Italian cars like Lamborghini and Ferrari). I think I'll purchase a sexy Italian Alfa-Romeo then.

    Don't forget anything that says
    Eco Tech (GM) EcoBoost Ford.
Due to the close Proximity of Hot TURBOS, to Aluminum Engine Block.
Engineers of today are not aware of how hot TURBOS get, and it's up to 1,875° F, which warps the side wal of the engine. Symptoms are severe shaking of engine, due to piston rings cutting the inside diameter of the cylinder bore. The walls expand inside or inwards, and on the cold start the piston floats and bang back and forth causing the shaking. Code reads overboost, when I reality it is under boosted.👦👍🏎🏁.
It takes 2 months to get the replacement engine. The warranty only pays for 1 months, and the 2nd engine only last 1.5 years. The 2nd time they won't cover rental for the 2 months. How people are led to believe Eco is economical, heck I upgraded to a 2022 Roush and it is the best investment, and the Magneride Suspension is awesome. + I Coast heading to stops on exit or to intersections on neutral with the 3rd Pedal 6 Speed Manual Transmission

@ECPP Yes, only Porsche design is the best they mount the Turbos away from the engines. Tuners like the Gymkana Mustang ( Ken Block ) and Old JDM know this. After the 2008 to 2011 recession. Not even Toyota could make their own Supra, and well now it's a reskinned BMW Z4 coupe.. As it was BMW had heating issues, they compounded that with adding Turbos into the engine bay
