So my question is..why isn't this available for the 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Elite as promised? Or are we still waiting for the update to go live? If its out there for the Grand Cherokee it should be in the Cherokee Trailhawk models as well since thats how dealers promoted it.
I would love to know more about this too - and how do you update uconnect? Is it just with your smartphone connection? I still have not been able to open the marketplace. I get a fatal error every time I open up that app.
@@SteveSkinner68 Well I have never gotten a reply and I'm thinking not enough people complain to make it a class action suit. Now for updating my 2019 Uconnect, I just leave mine parked in the driveway and it seems to download the updates whenever one is available. It could be coming through the phone but not positive. You can go to driveuconnect.com and punch in your VIN# but mine always says no updates available. Note I do have 8.4-C with Nav. And I tried the marketplace in mine as well. It didn't crash it just said it was not available at this time.
Why is it not available as an update for Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk is mind boggling....I'm about to rip that UConnect from my dash and install something that actually works.
I have a 2020 Gladiator Sport and this is not available but my friend has it on his Wrangler Rubicon? Can I download this functionality to my Gladiator?
I’m wondering this as well as I also have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I read that you do need navigation. Mine has that but I’m wondering if this update is available for the 2014 or do we need an upgraded unit for that?
Where is the freaking update for 2019 Cherokee trailhawk elite with navigation like it was promoted in your marketing pictures in 2019. EDIT: Wont even bother to answer..
2023 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk rider here, love the gauges & info reads. My new favorite display outside of HD/XM radio clip art

I did like 2 hours of research, from what I can tell, you need the Navigation feature.
@@thetomahawk6188 I have the Nav in my 2019 Trailhawk. These pages were just promoted for our Trailhawk models but never delivered.
