How long you guys waited ? Still waiting for that update on my 2019 cherokee Trailhawk Elite.. and it was clearly advertised on their page for the TH with nav..
@@imperius_lxxvii9999 Didn't wait long at all - probably only about two weeks after the update was announced. Recommend contacting your dealer - they may have to do a manual installation.
Thanks for the info, just picked up my 2018 JL Rubicon last week and currently do not have the Off Road pages but I know how to get them now. Thanks and subscribed!
Thanks for watching and subscribing, Eric! Welcome to the 4LowRocks community. I've heard a lot lately about new JL owners not getting the Off Road pages - amazed they're not sending them out with the apps loaded up for you. If they don't load soon, you might have to reach out to Jeep Cares or contact your dealer.
Thanks for watching, Francisco. I understand the update has been distributed, and if your Jeep didn't get it, you should reach out to your dealer as they may have to install it manually. You might also see if Jeep Cares on Twitter can help.
@@franciscocruz6726 best luck to you. You might also reach out to Brandon on the Jeep Informant Channel - he is a tech at a dealer and offers all kinds of good info.
David, to the best of my knowledge, the 8.4-inch Uconnect system is standard on the Rubicon and available on the Sahara. The Sport comes with the 5 inch, and the Sport S has the 7 inch available. I got this from the "Build" function on the Jeep website. I'm not sure, but I believe all of them are capable of over-the-air updates. Hope this helps.
Hello. Just spoke to UConnect. The OffRoad Pages are only available on the Rubicon, or Grans Cherokee Trailhawk for 2018. I was told that all 2019 JLs with 8.4 UConnect may all have the OffRoad pages. To me, this is complete garbage, since my owners manual includes references to these pages. What a disappointment from FCA. I will be sending the CEO a letter.
@@dfish81 that is confusing for sure. When I first got the JLUR, I wondered why it didn't have the Offroad Pages, then found out they're removed the app due to it being buggy. Took them a while but it came back. I can understand your frustration.
Thanks for watching! The Off Road Pages were distributed over the air to most of the JLURs - some reported that they had to have the dealer install the app. I would recommend driving around for a few days using the satellite radio, and make sure you spend quite a bit of time with the Jeep outside (not in a garage) so it can receive that signal. In the mean time, contact Jeep Cares and call your dealer to see if they can help.
Kevin, no you don’t. The system is capable of over the air transfers using its built in cellular device. You’ll receive notice on the display that you have a software update ready to install.

Hi, thanks for watching! I noticed mine was doing that occasionally but seems to have fixed itself. I'd recommend contacting Jeep via their "contact us" on their page, or using @jeepcares on Twitter, or going to your dealer for a warranty check. Good luck.
Thanks for watching! I'm not sure what you mean by "off road setting" but I'll assume you are referring to these off-road pages (as the subject of this video). If so, tapping any of the icons on bottom of the display will move you out of this application. If you're referring to the center display between the speedometer and tachometer, then using the up/down arrows on the left side of the steering wheel will take you to other pages in that system. Please let me know if I've answered your question!

Ok, if you have the JL version, in the center display called the Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC), there are nine total displays or pages: Speedometer, Vehicle Info, Off Road, Fuel Economy, Trip Info, Stop/Start, Audio Messages, Screen Set Up. You should see a number before the title like "1. Speedometer" and I suspect what you'r'e seeing is "3. Off Road" and the display shows the two axles, wheels, tires, and the transfer case diagram. Using the left controls on your steering wheel, push the up or down arrow to move through these displays. Refer to page 192 in your Owner's Manual! Good luck.
