Ok, i'm Luca. Usually my english is pretty good but i was so emotional sitting in the front row to one of your shows. You killed it. You've also been so polite after the show even if i was weird as fuck. I'll keep watching you every day, thank you for coming by!
Luca, you're amazing and we love you. I'm so glad I get to be the first to tell you that. I love Gianmarco and watch him every day, too :) Im sure Id have felt emotional too sitting in the front row of one of his shows. Youre so lucky! I hope you find a way to heal the night terrors and turn them into dreams. I wish you all the best in the important work you're doing.

@@ArgueWithTheMajorityvery few of us recognize Italian Americans as actually being Italian, they've created their own culture that's now almost entirely separated from Italy, and most of them cannot even tell you where in Italy they're supposedly from, let alone find it on a map. idk they can call themselves whatever they want, but I would even feel closer to a French guy than a guy from long island

Brave of you to do standup in Italy! Tough crowd, not due to lack of good intentions, but some subtleties of the English language are lost to the average Italian.
I say that as an Italian whose primary language is English. There’s little cultural overlap unless someone is chronically online or has had extensive experience abroad.
The milan show was really entertaining, you handled the cultural and lingual divide really well and id say even turned it into your advantage, i dont even remember a part of the show from cry-laughing at some point. Anyways see you in court!
“I can’t wait to see you all again when we testify in court” 😂😂 I’ve watched many of these shorts and wanted to re-watch all in one video. I didn’t realize I would get new one liners 😂
Damn. This is first time I am even remotely early to a video. Well done. I love ur work, even though I am sure I won’t be able to join ur clubs anytime soon.
Italians aren't really used to crowd work so I was so tense watching this video haha My boyfriend's American and it took me a while before I was able to reply to his jokes matching his energy. I would find it funny but I didn't know how to respond!
This one and the one with the NRA guy might be the best yet for me. I was laughing out loud in my backyard. My Scottish neighbor probably thought I was going insane. 🤣
you went to italy and didn't do your show in italian? 😭😭 dont tell me you're one of those americans that like to claim they're [other nationality] but don't even speak the language 😭😭
while i get where you're coming from, he would have to be veryyyy fluent to be able to do a full comedy show and interact with the crowd it's very difficult to become fluent learning only on your own and without a practical everyday usage
he's italian american. when you're an american and you say you're italian, it is usually assumed that you mean italian american unless you have an italian accent.
Was the court joke meant to be that they would kill her? Because that's a pretty messed up thing to say in response to someone saying they're bipolar and have BPD. Unless I'm misunderstanding. Idk I'm tired rn. (Somehow posted this on the wrong video before, whoops)
Or that she would kill him, or some other sort of domestic violence or dispute (e.g. I want a divorce because he won’t stop interrupting my sleep by playing Gianmarco Soresi videos).

lol the best part of the set xd

That's the reason why I didn't go. Milan is 4/5 hrs from where I live and I had no one confident enough in their English to go with me.😢

@@leucocrinum That makes sense. (To be clear, I'm a big Gianmarco fan, I was just wondering about that specific joke).
Seemed like a divorce joke to me, of that she’d kill him for playing too many Gianmarco Soresi videos while she’s trying to sleep
So muffled and confusing the talk, , cannot hear the talk clearly?
That’s what the captions are for
