I always love hearing book lists. I really enjoyed the hits and misses. It reminded me that not every book works with everyone and that's ok! Thanks for sharing! We will definitely try some of these.

My daughter and I just stopped in the middle of Ivan this week. We just couldn’t go any longer. We read Carry on Mr. Bowditch last year with Bookshark. It was really slow. I think the story was great but dragged on.
That’s another great thing about homeschooling; if you don’t love the book you can move on! There were so many required reading books I disliked reading when I was in school. 😂
