    “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” Galatians 6:9
    “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.” Psalm 55:22
    “I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever; With my mouth will I make known Your faithfulness to all generations.” Psalm 89:1
    “And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

      God really has been working in all the details and it’s been neat to see it all come together. Definitely a lot of work; but worth it. I’m trying to make the transition as smooth as possible for my kids. 💕

    So glad all the blocks are checked and that you have a great sponsor and neighbors! The process is long, but enjoy each day's ordinary blessings over the next two months, then you'll be getting licenses and vehicles and the adventures begin!

    We are a military family in Atsugi, Japan! It sounds like you’re super prepared and set for your upcoming move! When we pcs’d in 2020, we had to rom in the lodge with a toddler for a couple weeks and that was horrible. So that is awesome your sponsor set up your housing! Make sure your sponsor gets your internet set up for you before you arrive. Also, fleet and family has loaner kitchen items that can get you through until you’re stuff arrives. It’s pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Your sponsor can go to fleet and family and get you the tubs of loaner kitchenware! For the flight over, I recommend lots of snacks for your little ones. The Seattle airport has a USO but it’s only open sometimes. The USO there is nice and has family rooms too. We did the same and stayed at a hotel the night before our flight and it was well worth it. Our hotel provided a 24 hour shuttle too! Once you get out of rom, it will almost be around the time for the cherry blossoms to bloom 🌸. It is so pretty in the spring in Japan! Best of luck with your move to Japan! ❤️

      Thanks so much April! The FB groups have been super helpful in offering tips and finding answers to all my moving questions. 😂 We’ll be doing all the things you mentioned. I’m sure there will be bumps along the way, but I’m trying my best to make the trip as smooth as it can be for the kids. 💕

    It’s awesome that ur clear to move!!! It sounds like ur moving to a place suited to ur new location!!! We are saving our move to when Covid doesn’t affect our move if we can. We are building so we can leave it and should be able to go to our house the minute we get there. We are looking at homeschooling groups for Sydney. We are sending cargo shipments to our new location.

    Thanks for the update! It sounds like you are on top of everything. It's coming up quickly! How will you get food/groceries those first 2 weeks? Just curious! 😊

      We plan to bring some of our favorite non perishables foods in our checked luggage. Also the commissary has grocery pickup, so we will probably ask our sponsor to pick up a grocery order for us and leave it at our door. 🤗😉

    Military family here also! We have a couple years before our next pcs but wondering if you could do a video about how you pack. I saw your post on Instagram and it looked like you have everything in bags that you put into the bins.
    You look way more organized than us and would love all the tips to make the pack outs less stressful!

      Hey Tasha! It’s funny, I actually filmed a video just like that and I’m planning to share it soon. 🤗 I feel like I was pretty organized for our conous moves, but moving oconus I’ve taken it to the next level. 🤣🤪

    Hi, did you home birth or use hospital? We've had two bad hospital experiences and considering home birth

    • @CalledtoCultivate
      @CalledtoCultivate  2 года назад

      I’ve done 1 in hospital, 2 in birth centers, and 2 at home (all in the USA not overseas). Each experience had its pluses and minuses. If you’re having a low risk pregnancy, it’s definitely something you might want to research and consider. In this video I talk about each experience: ruclips.net/video/vu6yfA7CB_E/видео.html

    After the 3 years will you be moving back to your house again?

    • @CalledtoCultivate
      @CalledtoCultivate  2 года назад +1

      I don’t know. It will depend where my husband gets orders to. It’s a possibility. He may consider retiring as well. In military life you have to take things as they come and not get your hopes up for a particular outcome. 😉
