I just received a 100% combined rating. I was discharged in November 2013 and didn't file for comp until July 2019. PTSD, GERD, and chronic fatigue were enough to get the rating. In Maine, the rating officials at Togus Vet Center were vary veteran friendly and this helped me a great deal as my provider did not want to do a DBQ or nexus letter. The advice on this channel also helped a lot to get my fully developed claim together.

Also are vets under the age of 55 eligible for 100% P&T ratings? Are they able to work with 100% P&T rating? God bless everybody that served this country. To you and your family god bless

I haven't submitted for service connected claims yet, but have filed an intent to file as of 28 Jan 2020. I have been out since May of 2001 and have not been to the doctor since I got out, due to costs. I have documentation in my medical records of multiple injuries, but not all. I've met with a VSO and was told to go through my med recs to pick out the dates and submit those rather than all of my medical records. Is this correct or do I send all of my med records? Thanks in advance for your help.
