I lean toward only men as deacons and here's why. 1) In Acts 6, which Piper points out as being the first deacons, it says choose 7 men of good repute. The Greek word there for men means specifically males. 2) The mention of women in the deacon section does have a parallel in the elders section. It corresponds to the part about managing your household well. The godly character of the wife shows the man is managing well, just as in the elders section the submissive child shows the man is managing well. 3) The verse directly after the wives/women verse goes back to talking about the qualifications for men. It seems unnatural for it to be back and forth between qualifications for male deacons/female deacons/male deacons. Makes more sense that it is all for male deacons. 4) I would argue that the assignment of deacons is in fact one of authority, albeit not doctrinal authority. They are in charge of keeping the church finances and distributing to those who have need. They would likely be in charge of other people assisting in carrying out the duties. 5) The mention of Phoebe as a deacon of the church at Cenchreae is not strong evidence. Piper already showed at the beginning of the video that it is used for people who do not hold the office or deacon. All that said, I am a member of a church with female deacons. When I see the structure of the Church Paul was setting up with Pastors and Deacons, I am reminded of the God Ordained pattern for service to Him revealed in the Torah. Aaron and his direct descendants were the Priests and the remaining descendants of Levi were the general workers (priests helpers/deacons) in the Tent and later the Temple. Pastors and Deacons, Priests and Levites - Paul just followed the pattern God gave to Moses.

With all the respect in the word towards you, look at verse 12! and verse 11 in the KJV says wives: Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.
When I see the structure of the Church Paul was setting up with Pastors and Deacons, I am reminded of the God Ordained pattern for service to Him revealed in the Torah. Aaron and his direct descendants were the Priests and the remaining descendants of Levi were the general workers (priests helpers/deacons) in the Tent and later the Temple. Pastors and Deacons, Priests and Levites - Paul just followed the pattern God gave to Moses.
I believe We would never have to speculate what the Word of God is trying to say. It says men and it would have said women of that's what he meant. Deacon is an appointed office but we all are servants of God. 🙏
