Murgor was absolutely fine with me as I've really enjoyed watching him.. so far he's the best I've seen of the 5 I've watched.. he is absolutely the dogs bollocks..!!!!
Dude is brave. That's the type of boss needed for that job. Everyone else seemed intimidated by these judges, but my friend here is speaking from a position of equal status. With all the corruption in Kenya, you need someone who is not easily intimidated by more powerful forces .
Her lady Justice Martha Koome to me sounded so eloquent. I don't know whether the commissioners will accept to have Two ladies as Chief Justice and her Deputy but I wish her the very best.
@Mwilu is asking questions like as if ame catch. ni kama when @Philip Murgor alisema acting CJ has limitation, this mama alikasirika and it has not gone well with her in my view.....
Clearly there's a stink of sort between Mwilu n Murgor. The lady bruises too easily, too often and really unnecessarily too. Whatever Murgor says is a personal affront to her. Her cool voice is a big transparent lie. I can feel the heat of her veiled seething anger from my hand-held device. Her questions make her sound like a lecturer in a law class. She is intent on perforating Murgor's apparent stoic demeanor. I love watching such duels😆😆😆.
Her hissing anger and bruised esteem is shouting under her vocal cords. Her questions are aimed to disorient Murgor's demeaning frame thus creating a conversational truffle. It's a battle of intelligence and I love such conversations too.
Kizungu miiiiingi na hamuitumii Ku improve situations za judiciary- cases piled up everywhere & all you do here is push & pull about your academic prowess in the law. That's why Murgor said Muilu makes it sound like it is in an exam room
Mwilu had some personal issues with Murgor. Murgor has an attitude because he has worked with the former judiciary individuals who left the judiciary before this people in the panel
Mwilu seems to take matters very personal, she was breathing fire. Mwilu has never moved on from presidential election nullfication. She is still fighting & Murgor is too ambiguous & proud.
Mwilu is explessly clear on exact context of answer she demands from murgo but murgo is too simplistic and often generalizing the answers akin to appear smart. I feel that he was afraid to pass when not clear the specifics.
The bias contempt and hostility against Justice Murgo in his interview for chief Justice position is so obvious that it defeats the purpose of the whole exercise.
This guy is a straight liar. He is cocky and thinks he runs this commissioners. Its sad that kenya want to even interview this guy. Im glad the judge showed Kenyans who he is
Mwilu sounded a bit insecure there though. I felt like Mwilu and Murgor have thier differences or misunderstandings 🤷🏽♂️. Sounded more of a discussion and court proceeding than an interview somehow and kind of shows the commission pre-stand from Machoine. But exposed double standards and gaps in the constitution as well.
Yeah, Philip is good but on the opposite very arrogant, rude, pround of his long experience and achievements but at the wrong place....he has what it takes but the personality should deny him the chance....we talking about a position that attracts public interest; this does not call for so so much ego Mr.
I have always admired Philip Murgor. His eloquence and confidence are quite refreshing in an otherwise dull and boring interview process. I hope you're going to get it, but I'm ready to be disappointed.
I watched this interview and formed the opinion that DCJ Mwilu is still contextually and intellectually above the candidates presented. Murgor is eloquent but in his own ideas far removed from the dictum of the question asked.
What's her beef😞? Is she not Ag.? If she's not, what' she interviewing people for? Such characters really deserve some public and merciless 'intellectual battering'. Murgor's thick skin doesn't seem to feel her puny umphless punches. I'm loving every bit of this.
Philip murgor senior counsel, knows what he is doing and he is very knowledgeable. You don't take offence in someone who is outsmarting you, you just listen
Murgor hawezi toboa. Maringo yake ndio imemunyorosha. He should have done some homework on the work he wants to take up. He should have shown that he his well equipped with knowledge concerning the office he is being interviewed for. This exercise is very rigorous. Kweli law si ya wengi.
When murgor belittled the role of acting CJ unfortunately Mwilu lost it, everything she asked after was even hard for her. The only thing murgor answered was his life history, everything else he lacks knowledge!
Mwilu knew the questions, shes knowledgeable and is conversant with her professional, and true she had to show Murgor you know nothing about the real law.
Murgors Confidence buffles me.These boy is good, real good
I agree with you totally. Infact Murgor was so bright to the extent that his intelligence intimidated the interviewing panel.
i wish Senior counsel phillip murgor all the best. i like his explanations.
Murgor was absolutely fine with me as I've really enjoyed watching him.. so far he's the best I've seen of the 5 I've watched.. he is absolutely the dogs bollocks..!!!!
He seems to be quite green as pasture on many questions asked
Congratulations senior counsel you have great brains and wishing you success in your interview.
Sergical responses. Spot on.
Dude is brave. That's the type of boss needed for that job. Everyone else seemed intimidated by these judges, but my friend here is speaking from a position of equal status. With all the corruption in Kenya, you need someone who is not easily intimidated by more powerful forces .
HE deserves it , he has been asked some difficult questions
I'm from the future, sadly he didn't get the top job.
Former Chief Justice Maraga should have been on this panel
Her lady Justice Martha Koome to me sounded so eloquent. I don't know whether the commissioners will accept to have Two ladies as Chief Justice and her Deputy but I wish her the very best.
Exactly, I would propose her too. Her experience and knowledge is on another level
Sure Koome carried the day. Even Chitembwe wasn't bad.
Congrats for the love of the Country
Thumbs up Murgor, you indeed have it at your awareness,Wish you well.
Framing of questions here sounds harder than answering them!
Overcomplecating even the Acting CJ lost herself in asking the question 😒🙄
he is very good ..if i had the money i would be confident with such a lawyer
As brilliant as he sounds, Murgo’s smugness may be his undoing in getting the appointment to the highest office in the judiciary.
What's smugness without asking me to Google it ☺️😉
Dear kenyans, this guy is the best imagine Maraga is in gusii as Murgor is in nandi. God showered him already good luck.
@PHILIP MURGOR should become the next Chief Justice. This guy is the best bet according to me.
@Mwilu is asking questions like as if ame catch. ni kama when @Philip Murgor alisema acting CJ has limitation, this mama alikasirika and it has not gone well with her in my view.....

Murgor Abit proud and behaves like he knows it All.Respect is Paramount in public office I guess
@@kemetmeditation5358 I feared I'm a mentally warped mama. Comforting to know I'm not alone in enjoying haka kaduel.
I like this man Philip Murgor. The panellists questions are very leading.
I think Murgor is the best from all of them . He will be able to shape the Kenyan justice which needs attention.
Real point man God help.
Very articulate and professional.
If Kenya have professional people above the law, then Mr murgor will be voted out but it's a reality he is the best figure don't let corruption occur.
Murgo you are worthy it!
Kizungu miiiiingi na hamuitumii Ku improve situations za judiciary- cases piled up everywhere & all you do here is push & pull about your academic prowess in the law. That's why Murgor said Muilu makes it sound like it is in an exam room
he has been asked some difficult questions some of which the person asking was mixing themselves ....i love his bravery....he deserves it
Mwilu was revenging this, twisting the quiz to bully Murgor
She took it personal 🤣. Murgor was right here.
She was acting in anger against Murgo .Warsame was outright malicious
He's knowledgeable, he's experienced and proud. In the balance, I would rank him among the better suited. I like his bravery and brashness.
Justice Majanja line of interview was very objective and dealt with subject matter
Mwilu had some personal issues with Murgor. Murgor has an attitude because he has worked with the former judiciary individuals who left the judiciary before this people in the panel

Murgor has got what it takes to be the next Cj
Very important calm and detailed information awesome thanks
And not easily intimidated
Very correct! Unfortunately these folks select the spineless candidate, don't you think?
He is very clear don't take it personally
Mwilu is like those examiners who ask ambiguous questions...its not like u dont have the answer but the question itself is not clear
That's the intelligence most people lack,
Mwilu is explessly clear on exact context of answer she demands from murgo but murgo is too simplistic and often generalizing the answers akin to appear smart. I feel that he was afraid to pass when not clear the specifics.
I agree. He had a ambiguous answers for direct questions
Murgor knows his role too well, exhibits exuberance and oratorical. My bet is rules of natural justice is to be adhered he's headed for next CJ
He should become CJ!!
Fred ngatia is the next CJ

Is Murgor on trial or in an interview?
I would hire Murgor, but CJ fred Ngatia
Ngatia is a mole
Very good Mwilu. Iv liked your questions.
This Murgor thinks he knows everything. Too much pride!

Let's us go through the formality the next CJ will be announced.
Murgor is the man to go with as the next CJ.
Majanja.... Kudos.
Real tangible questions there.
@DK indeed
Mwilu's questions are like exam questions. She can ask them better but want to complicate them for no good reason.
Its like they are given or copied questions. She aint clear
She doesn't wish any good to this man.
Too arrogant and full of lies
I like Murgor😂😂

His education age experience character personality language masterly emotion control thanks
Rude and arrogant guy. Doesn’t deserve to be a court clerk.
Why were they grilling him on knowledge issues si much? Judge Majanja was like giving him a law class exam!
Mwilu nearly killed Murgor with dengerous questions.
Lol!
These are dangerous questions indeed.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Kenyans think its a competition not an interview.
They're fighting
Huyu njamaa ni malenge sana.,,,he sounds mediocre
She interviewed him like she doesn't want him to get the job🙁wtf.....bring MIGUNA MIGUNA back...he deserves to be the next CJ
Murugo problem is pride.
I hope he won't get it. Too proud
Informed yes, proud No.
Confidence is seen as pride only in kenya. Stupidity like that if the acting CJ who cannot string a sentence together is deemed to be humble.
I watched this interview and formed the opinion that DCJ Mwilu is still contextually and intellectually above the candidates presented. Murgor is eloquent but in his own ideas far removed from the dictum of the question asked.

Sarah Wairimu Cohen is watching, she will give her remarks later on while chilling in their secret meet place.

Bollocks! This guy is well informed but so arrogant hence not suitable for this job that needs a very humble soul. Too much beef against Mwilu sadly.
so is that case as a prosecutor Justifiable in law?
I aint a hater but DCJ aint straight and clear with her questions. Its like she copied from someone
Justice Mohammed is playing politics, its not fair
mwilu was totally not fair to this man 😰😨
Murgor is too proud and egocentric in an interview you don't look down upon an interviewer. This is clearly immaterial
