@@jesipohl6717 I don't mean to address the controversy around the years when he left his show. When he was younger his tone was more inviting, his punchlines fresher and more on point. For What It's Worth and Killin' Them Softly are some of the best stuff I've ever seen. I've watched his new netflix specials, there are a lot of awkward moments, anticlimactic. And he's still talking about Michael Jackson and OJ Simpson, come on man that was ages ago.
@@julittok Wow, finally I see someone who points this out about Dave. I've been saying this forever lol I like when comedians just joke about the simple dumb stuff that happens in their day to day lives. But when their set is so focused on current events and political excerpts, I'm like "Really?" It's still funny but I like jokes about personal-how-your-day-went kind of stuff.. The jokes when Dave talks about his wife or kids are my favorites of his new stuff. Also, when he talks about his son wanting to meet Kevin Hart. He's still hilarious though. But he's so high valued to the point he can't do anything wrong. That's why my top 3 favorite comedians aren't mainstream.
@@waedjradiI do, he was a bigot's minstrel, nothing more, he's friends with fascists and he makes his sets about people with less than him and pretends to be an inspiration, but really its just racist people fawning over a minstrel, imo.
In grade 7 I almost got suspended for sharpening a baby carrot in one of those on the wall pencil sharpeners. True story. My dad came to pick me up and was just like, the school called me for this? You sharpened a carrot boy? That's hilarious. 😂
@CitizenAyellowblue in my opinion all he does is whine and complain. Enough already. And his humor is no longer humor, it's just mean and him trying to justify himself.
I must be from a another planet or something, but his stand ups are not funny at all. This is considered one of the greatest comedians of all time and I still don’t get it.
@@hughjanus6975 I like greats such as Martin Lawrence, Bernie Mac, Katt Williams, Jamie Foxx, and the list goes on. This is comedy for the pale people.
I still believe that his old stuff is the best.
When he was a minstrel, he never stopped?

Yeah, I'm sick of laughing at comedy
This legend .. Before the steroids
Roid rage didn't soften his act.
How in the hell do you know
He's fallen off and it's hilarious.
When he was funny....😅
Yeah, he's shite now.

Don't stress it one day you will realize how great of a comedian he is
@ Don’t worry, I will never stress over something so insignificant. Especially how you people love dumb dry humor a 5 yr old can come up with.
Lol some people are so clueless. If you don't get it then goodbye. Go watch the Kardashians or something.

Snowflake Chappelle is so scared of critics he's banned them from his shows.
