Deep down, these sketches are cautionary tales about us choosing our battles carefully and knowing when to walk away.
That’s what I love about comedy, it can reveal hidden truths in humorous ways.

The problem with the second part of this is that sometimes when this happens in real life somebody ends up getting hurt or worse.. when I was growing up we were actually taught when it is appropriate to stand your ground and when it's appropriate to just pick your battles and walk off. Apparently in our current generation that lesson has been lost or ignored

For either side to compromise, it would be in their interest, for the gain of one is the gain of the other, and the loss of one, the loss of the other (employer/employee).
