Great option if you’re looking for some space and gorgeous trees. If you’re ok with being a few mins from shopping, then I’d definitely look into it. Love the neighborhood, and they have a new section opening up.

How much is annually property tax let say house worth it 250k-300k

$6000-$9000 depending on the tax rate and appraised value of the home before homestead exemption which will bring the taxes down a bit more
