I think that only happens to certain locations if you directly target them. French launched it between the locations and not directly on a marker so i think thats the reason its not that destroyed

The location didn't change because it was in a city. I'm guessing that if he put it in the middle of nowhere, there would have been a crater. and you cant nuke that one area because its near the vault. you wouldn't want to walk out the vault to glowing snallygasters and 80 bloated glowing ones :V

So did the dude just pull a random number out of the air? Are the codes are the codes for the nuke the same across servers? Did he have context from unseen items?
You'll find pieces of the launch codes on Scortched Officers. As you're wandering around, you'll hear a beeping sound that will alert you when one is nearby. That's as much as I know. I'm not sure how you put the code together. Perhaps that's the part that they were guessing on and got it right.

@@beybladerocks7 Nice! Well, I'm glad they were able to do it. Level 30s and 40s and they got a nuke launch all within the time-span of the beta? That's unreal! I got to level 15 and it felt like I was spending most of my time trying to manage my inventory and stay drunk (my character... well, and sometimes me) so I wouldn't be encumbered all the damn time!
unreal in a bad way the games more or less done in the span of a few betas , I’ve found 2 nuke codes already and only played 3 of the betas
@@ryp1562 Don't read too much into it. There have always been those teams which go out and hit max level within a couple of days whenever a new MMO expansion drops. As for nuke codes, I found several of them myself. Now that I know what to look for (and where), they're not hard to find. I suspect that is just the first step in a long process, however.
Hey french if you didnt know straight jackets seems to be a good way to make caps you can sell them for 30 caps each to a vendor with avg charisma and also there is like up to 10 in fort defiance super easy to get.

Also if you go to the mothman place and look around there are moth eggs. Harvest these and make omelettes, sell those to a vendor for 5-10 caps a piece. That's pretty good being you get 40-60 eggs per run and an omelette only costs 1 egg and 1 wood.

@@Matter655 They have used the same engine since Morrowind. It's been used for Fallout 3, NV, 4, 76, Morrowind, Oblivion, AND Skyrim. They've improved on it a lot, but it's still based on the same engine, the Gamebryo Engine, and they are using it for their upcoming games as well. It's REALLY outdated.

He leveled from 1-15 doing quests and events, at around 15 he got a 100+ damage legendary and used that to power level at high level scorched until like 50+

A.Idk how they got to level 60 so fast but there are alot of locations in fallout that continuing spawn enemies B.You need to be an enclave member and do their quests. (There are videos on how to join enclave and the quest line)
I saw one of his streams. He was using a melee weapon one shoting enemies that gives 100+ exp. He will just walk to them smack them then walk to another like he was picking flowers. He was lvl 38 at that time.

if only you had that perception perk card, upgraded to 3* to cost 3 perception. "glow sight" perk (level 33) increases damage to glowing ones by 20/40/60%

One happy thing I learned, the game has no-building zone mechanics. Now if only there was a no-PVP zone mechanic I'd be a really happy modder.

I love fallout but hell no i won't be buying this then. No human npcs? So basically it's a monster slasher game with no depth and no human npcs to get quests from or interact with. No settlements to visit. The world will feel empty.
